Good value for money. The staff let us keep our bags at the reception after our check out!

Traffic around the smelly gutter (covered) in front of the hotel! We were waiting in the porch area of the hotel for our cab and it was quite smelly

Great place in rural Mysore!
Pros:

Great location, and the staff is the best. The room was great, comfy, with a great shower. And all of this for a very friendly price.

Simplicity at its best
Pros:

Fabulous and outstanding hospitality including touring guidance, storing of leftovers, warming up of leftovers and quick serving of local foods and teas from ground floor restaurant. Ajay was the main welcoming host backed by Sashi who was so efficient, serviceable and friendly.
Room was clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable with speedy wifi and variety of tv programmes.
Conveniently located to all major cafes and shops with rickshaws charging around 50 to 100 roupies.
Would unhesitatingly go back there and recommend to anyone who values simplicity and warm heartedness.

Location and Hotel Ambience was good.

Breakfast was also nice if you love south indian thali as they serve only that.

Cons:

Despite explicitly informing the reception desk, hotel housekeeping staff entered our occupied room without consent and in our absence. This constitutes a serious breach of guest privacy and hotel protocol. What is particularly concerning is that the staff and management failed to acknowledge the gravity of the incident, offering no formal apology or acceptance of responsibility.

Furthermore, although our check-in time was confirmed multiple times, we arrived at approximately 9:00 PM to find that the room was not ready for occupancy, causing undue inconvenience and reflecting poor operational management.

I would strongly advise against staying at this property and will not consider it in the future.

Great option in Mysore
Pros:
