C’era muffa nella stanza e nonostante avessimo avvisato e ci avessero promesso di farci cambiare stanza, alla fine non l hanno fatto

Virkeligheden levede ikke op til billederne. Poolen var under al kritik og kunne ikke bruges i tre dage grundet tømning. Solsenge og ophold ved vandet hører ikke til hotellet, og skulle betales særskilt. Sengetøj så tyndslidt at der gik hul i det. Morgenmad virkelig dårlig og igen skulle man have en kop kaffe ekstra, skulle der betales.
Lille bar med drikkevarer, men ingen is til drinks!!!
Virker som om ejerne blot skulle have det til at køre med mindst mulig udgift.

Avevo prenotato per 2 notti, alla fine fatta solo 1, per di più passata con la voglia di scappare il prima possibile.
Iniziamo dal parcheggio, gratuito si, ma entrano al max 3 auto. Camera: polvere ovunque, odore di chiuso, biancheria sia da letto che da bagno vecchia e consumata. Aggiungo che per la polvere presente non abbiamo acceso il condizionatore perche i filtri erano sporchissimi e con finestra aperta il rumore della strada trafficatissima erano assordanti a qualsiasi ora del giorno della notte. Bagno: wc che perdeva dallo scarico, box doccia che dovevi stare attento che si smontavano le porte, microfono che bagnava ovunque tranne che te.
Colazione: dico solo che la mia compagna è andata in un bar all'esterno.
Per fortuna non abbiamo avuto il piacere di usare la piscina che alla vista non si presentava molto curata.
Non so chi attribuisce le stelle agli hotel, ma questo assolutamente NON È UN 4 STELLE dalla A alla Z, forse un 2 stelle.
Posizione ottima a ridosso del lungomare, reception gentile e competente (ci hanno accomodato prima dell'orario previsto), colazione varia e abbondante
All'arrivo ho fatto presente che sentivo odore di muffa in camera, che era cmq pulita. Le ragazze gentilissime mi hanno spostato di camera e anche qui, un po di odore si sentiva. Restando solo una notte, ho dormito con la porta finestra spalancata, in quanto allergica a polveri etc... ma avrei faticato a fare un altra notte. Credo la cosa dipendesse proprio da una problematica indipendente dalla pulizia. Peccato!

Ischia è un'isola bellissimo e nell'albergo Italua sono stato benissimo. Ringrazio a tutto lo staff per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Piscina sporca! Camere non curate (in bagno muro che si sgretola) e la mia molto rumorosa soprattutto di notte (rumore di motore continuo)
La colazione è varia, ma spesso le torte sono dure e secche e i succhi di frutta frizzantini
