A disappointing experience due to poor cleanliness, subpar food, and unprofessional staff lacking basic hospitality trai

0-24 recepció a késői érkezésünk miatt. Elhelyezkedés, lokáció,ételek, kiszolgálás, személyzet problémamegoldó képessége, kedvessége.Takarító hölgy szépen rendbetette a szobánkat amikor kértük ♥️

Cons:

Lift nem működött, a szobánk a 4. emeleten volt. Lépcső nem túl komfortos, illetve eléggé leharcolt.Közös terek lehetnének tisztábbak. Az alkoholmentes italellátás lehetne önellátó úgy, mint az étteremben.

Мы отдыхали в отели Глори в начале июля, что хочется сказать вообщем нам очень понравился отель, там очень приветливый персонал, чисто, очень хорошее место расположение, всегда чистые бассейны, в номерах убирают, есть кондиционер что хорошо спасало в жару, но номера маловаты, хотя нам хватало места так как мы были постоянно где то и в номер приходили переодеться и спать, питание еда всегда свежая и вкусная, есть выбор и даже ребенок ел и говорил что вкусно! Очень порадовала выпечка и пироженки. Пляж относительно недалеко и море было прекрасное! Очень порадовал бонус для ребенка катание на горках в соседнем лагере! Отель рекомендую! Он стоит внимания!

Ну не могу сказать что не понравилось просто интернет был слабоват в комнате видать из-за того что много людей им пользовалось, ребенка очень расстроило что в день отъезда в 12-00 мы сдали номер и с нас сразу срезали браслеты, такого нам не делали ни в одном отели где мы до этого отдыхали, ребенок всегда еще приезжала домой с браслетом и показывала подружкам где и в каком отеле была. Да было очень как то неприятно когда срезали браслеты и вроде все уходите, хотя нас забирали только в 18-00 .

Pros:

Відпочивали в цьому готелі втретє. Приємно бачити знайомі обличчя персоналу. Харчування не змінилося - постійно є свіжі фрукти та овочі, м'ясо. Рибу давали майже кожен день. Як завжди, смачне морозиво. Офіціанти чудові, вся команда ресторану - молодці. Басейном майже не користувалися, бо ходили на пляж. Приємно повертатися в цей готель. Хороше співвідношення ціни та якості. Дякуємо за чудову відпустку!

Cons:

У вбиральні після перерви в роботі дуже сильно гудів вентилятор. Кілька хвилин зазвичай треба було чекати, щоб він заспокоївся.

Curățenie acceptabilă, apa calda cu presiune

Cons:

Personal dezamăgitor, am vrut să rămânem 3 ore peste ora de ieșire, cu plata, bineînțeles și nu au vrut. Am vorbit cu o seară înainte la recepție și mi-a comunicat că se poate fara probleme iar a doua zi șefa de la recepție nu a vrut nici în ruptul capului. Rușine să vă fie. Nu mai zic și că la una din familiile care a fost cu noi, după ce a mutat mașina pe un loc unde nu se plătea, au chemat pe cei de la primărie și a blocat rotile fiind obligat să plătească 20 € pt a pleca. Sunteți nesimtiti tare! De asemenea mâncarea slabă rău, sub așteptări. Pur și simplu la prânz nu aveai ce alege pt a manca, am fost nevoiți să cumpărăm mâncare din oraș pt copii. In scurte cuvinte, alegeți alt hotel cu opțiuni mai bune, nu vă uitați la preturile pe care le practica. Plaja destul de departe și murdara, piscina se incalzea după ora 12.

Świeże owoce i warzywa, niektóre ryby, białe sery, jogurty Większość obsługi uprzejma.

Cons:

Jakość pozostałego wyżywienia na ogół średnia, kawa i napoje z automatu bardzo przeciętne, z alkoholi najlepsze chyba piwo... Niektórzy klienci zmuszają resztę gości do wysłuchiwania głośnych bajek że smartfonów w czasie posiłków

Pros:

Foarte aproape de plajă, piscine curate, mâncare ok, lenjerii și prosoape curate.

Cons:

Foarte puține mese în terasa amenajată pentru fumători sau nefumători. Terasa Restaurantului este deschisă doar pe perioada meselor, iar dacă dorești sa bei un pahar pe terasa separata, sunt doar 5 mese. Poți coborî la piscină, sunt mese libere și acolo, dar parca nu prea îți e la îndemână, mai bine te lipsești.
Mirosul din baie.
Mobilierul extrem de uzat și învechit.
Camere mici. Pentru 2 persoane e ok, dar pentru mai multe, nu...
