Would definitely book this place again when I visit Cebu again on February.
Heavy traffic
Nice apartment with all the basics I needed for two nights here.
The bathroom was still pretty wet from possibly cleaning or previous guest and there was a slight smell of damp. Shower was not very good either.
Close to city. Felt very safe in this room
Good veiws
On a positive side, the location of the condo was good, budget friendly and the host gave us compensation. However, the state of the room significantly impacted my overall experience.
The room was quite smelly and appeared to be a mess upon arrival. There were towels scattered on the floor, which made the space feel disorganized and uninviting. Also, the receptionist is hesitant to help during our check in time.
Location wise, secured building, and nice staff. Fast wifi connection and Netflix.
Honest review:
1. Part of the sofa is wet, when we check-in.
2. Saw a small cockroach roaming.
3. Iron sole plate has burnt fabric stuck
4. The electric kettle needs to be checked and cleaned.
5. If you're not replacing the shower head and shower curtain, at least cleaning/brushing it would be a good idea.
6. I don't know if the aircon or sofa is dusty, but i have a nose irritation while staying.
I have to bring my own iron and electric kettle, so we can have something to use while staying for 4 nights. Quite Disappointed.

No bidet in the water closet.
Shower not working, only using faucet.
No spoon.
No extension socket for oven.

I like the location and guards are helpful.
-No tea towel to dry dishes
-Hand towel to at least dry hands after washing
-cups looks gross due to discoloration inside and plates (not ceramic) has stain on the crack bits
-broken fan should be removed.
Nice and clean room, the property owner and host are accommodating. Location wise, secured building, and staffs are nice.
