Hassle Free, Friendly and Comfy Staycation

Our check-in was supposed to be at 3PM and I asked if we can have early check in because our event will start at 4PM. Gladly, they agreed and waived the early check in fee for us. Thanks for the kind gesture. We really appreciate it. Room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay and probably will book again for future events near the place. Will also recommend to family and friends. Friendly and accomodating staff. Easy and smooth communication about the booking. Hassle free indeed.

Location was great but honestly the room that was described on the web site looks different.

Cons:

You had a pay to use the pool. i thought it was included. Microwave did not work. Room was not clean. Had to wait almost 30 mins to recieve the key. Room is not the same as the photos on web site.
