Bad experience for the whole family vacation from Canada. We reserved 2 separate rooms. The host , Joyce canceled our reservation just when we landed at NAIA and about to GRAB our ride to Morgan Suite BGC. I won’t recommend this property at all.
I booked this property for almost two weeks, communicating with the host no reply at all via email,WhatsApp and call for almost everyday and an hour before my plane to take off they send a message that my reservations was cancelled!
Location was great
The sofa was broken, there was a lot of mould in the bathroom and a lot of cockroaches in all rooms. There was also no microwave included.
I’ve read a couple of bad comments about the property but as far as my family is concerned and about their stay, the facility at that time of occupancy was very clean, neat and tidy. my mom is very particular with cleanliness and for her to say “it was a very comfortable place and clean” means it was indeed clean. she even asked me if we can book again with the same property next time because the property really is very good . I DID NOT STAY IN THE PROPERTY, these comments are based on my family member’s personal and first hand experience NOT MINE. having said so, i wanna recommend this property. PLUS ITS JUST FEE METERS AWAY FROM THE VENICE CANAL.

Location. There was a supermarket (Robinson's); a convenience store (Alfamart); and a mall (Venice Mall) nearby.
Security. 24-hr security and receptionist at the lobby.
Facilities and amenities.. The unit we were in had an electric stove with an exhaust fan, a, water kettle, a few plates, cutlery and cooking pots and pans, a washing machine, a broom w/ a dustpan and mop. There was a pool, but in Tower 2 (we were in Tower 3).
The promised free WiFi did not exist. And parking was not free, as advertised on Booking.com.. There was a smart TV, but without WiFi, it was useless. The only window to the outside was in the bedroom leading to the balcony. The view were the nextdoor condominiums. A small window looked out into the hallway (it was covered with blinds. Only 1 AC (in the BR), but there was a standfan which we placed by the bedroom door to blow the cold air into the dining/living/kitchen area. The bathroom tiles had grout. There was no rice cooker (unexpected in Asia). We never met the unit's owner/caretaker, but s/he contacted us through cellphone, though important information was not given in a timely manner
The location is just near Venice Canal and lots of choices where you can eat.
I would just like them to treat the property because they were a lot of small cockroaches crawling around in the rooms and sala Day and night . The aircon in the room when left off water will come out and make room a bit wet.
