Pros:

Casa Candra has comfortable rooms with nice woodwork and nice balconies overlooking flowery greenery and two little dipping pools.

Cons:

The location is poor. Right beside the highway it is very noisy and there is a long walk to the beach and down town

All was good except for the issues above.
Pros:

The balcony and the beach umbrella. A/C and fan worked wonderfully.

Cons:

Could use new pots and pans. Perhaps replace the towels frequently.

We loved the staff, always cheerful and helpful but unlikely to book again
Pros:

Loved the balcony. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Shower pressure low.
The facilities are a mile to the beach, they are situated very close to the main road, so traffic is heard day and night…. Load trucks braking or slowing , scooters or motorcycles revving up.

Decent, comfy bed, kind staff, safe neighborhood
Pros:

The bed is very comfortable. The floors are clean and pretty style. The staff was very helpful. Nice neighborhood and easy walk to beach, good vibes on property, free drinking water, beachshade umbrellas available for guests, lovely patio. Sharis, the property manager, is absolutely lovely and very helpful with recommendations and support for restaurants in the area, and anything you need- she helped us book an airport ride, since Uber sometimes is not normalized in San Pancho. She also brewed me a cup of tea when I had a cold - very sweet, kind, helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom leaks, the kitchen leaks, sink and fridge and floors always wet, please replace the garbage cans they are dysfunctional, dull knives, very limited kitchen, icky utensils

Not an honest operation
Pros:

Location is good and convenient bed is comfortable

Cons:

I’d made my reservation months in advance and there is one room that never gets hot water (no none said as much) and I got it —room #1. I’d traveled twelve hours and was hot and sticky so a cold shower felt good but I never could enjoy hot water and when I said something after two days the manager went through a funny chase about how to get hot water knowing it simply doesn’t reach the room. I complained again and was allowed to change rooms the next day and asked for some compensation (&70/night it wasn’t a youth hostel or anything) I kept getting told they’d speak with the owner or someone higher up I asked again and non one ever responded. When I left the property I spoke with a couple who’d been put into room #1 and had no hot water so the operation still intends to make full rate payment off the room knowing they cannot provide hot water to it. I find this dishonest and unkind as well to ignore my request for some reduction in my room rate .

La habitación era bastante pequeña. De boutique no tiene mucho. La cama muy incómoda, sobre todo el colchón para la espalda, muy blando.

Pros:

That was the most comfortable bed and the best pillows we enjoyed on our entire month-long vacation. We were traveling a lot, and I was so happy to get such a deep, comfortable sleep. Everything was clean, the grounds were impeccably manicured, and the staff were helpful.
