Location is good and convenient bed is comfortable
I’d made my reservation months in advance and there is one room that never gets hot water (no none said as much) and I got it —room #1. I’d traveled twelve hours and was hot and sticky so a cold shower felt good but I never could enjoy hot water and when I said something after two days the manager went through a funny chase about how to get hot water knowing it simply doesn’t reach the room. I complained again and was allowed to change rooms the next day and asked for some compensation (&70/night it wasn’t a youth hostel or anything) I kept getting told they’d speak with the owner or someone higher up I asked again and non one ever responded. When I left the property I spoke with a couple who’d been put into room #1 and had no hot water so the operation still intends to make full rate payment off the room knowing they cannot provide hot water to it. I find this dishonest and unkind as well to ignore my request for some reduction in my room rate .

That was the most comfortable bed and the best pillows we enjoyed on our entire month-long vacation. We were traveling a lot, and I was so happy to get such a deep, comfortable sleep. Everything was clean, the grounds were impeccably manicured, and the staff were helpful.
It was an easy walk into town. Cheris was very friendly and helpful.
It is a stretch to call this a boutique hotel. The counters are beat up and the towels are old. The shower was barely warm even after running the water for minutes. The pools look dirty and uninviting.

Sharis was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. The room is a good size and the deck is excellent for hanging out in the afternoon. it is a short hike to downtown, but it’s really only a 10 minute walk.
We were worried about noise from the highway I compared to other places we stayed downtown. It was actually quieter some nights.
The linen curtains were dirty. Generally, there’s a need for better cleaning.

Excelente atención del personal
La ubicación (aunque no es un tema del alojamiento) ya que estaban arreglando las calles y dificultaba un poco el acceso al hospedaje. Cuando este abierto la vialidad será muy sencillo accesar en auto.
Lo relajante del lugar, lo acogedor, la privacidad, el cafecito por las bañas en el balcón,si eres una persona que te gusta la tranquilidad y caminar, definitivamente es para ti. Había huéspedes, pero la vdd la alberca fue todita para mí 🤭

Me toco que estaban arreglando la calle..... hace falta alumbrado en las calles, es peligroso andar en la noche totalmente a oscuras, en el puente de colores también....
El personal excepcional.... maravilloso.... olvide un termo y me lo llevaron hasta la salida del pueblo, lo agradezco y valoro....
Es bonito el lugar, cómodo, limpio, la atención fue muy buena, atentos, rápida, se encuentra como a 15 minutos caminando de la entrada principal a la playa
