My name is Radu and i had reservation at this hotel from September 14th to Setember 18th , 2026. I had room 521.
My experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the way the entire situation was handled.
During the night, I found bedbugs around the bed and mattress. At around 4:00 AM, I immediately went to reception to report the problem. The receptionist called the security guard, and what shocked me the most was his reaction. He kept telling me, “No problem, it’s okay, no problem,” as if finding bedbugs in a hotel room was something completely normal.
How can this be considered “no problem”? I paid for a hotel room expecting a clean and safe place to sleep, not to discover insects in the bed in the middle of the night.
Nobody came to change the sheets, inspect the mattress, or properly deal with the problem that night. I was so uncomfortable with the situation that I ended up sleeping on the sofa instead of the bed I had paid for.
The next day, reception offered to move me to another room. At that point, I only had one day left of my stay, so I refused. The problem should have been taken seriously and dealt with immediately at 4:00 AM when I reported it, not the following day.
What makes me even more upset is the attitude towards the whole situation. Finding bed bugs in a hotel room is not something that should simply be dismissed with “it’s okay.” It is absolutely not okay. Guests come here on holiday, pay for accommodation, and expect basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Nobody should have to spend the night worrying about what is crawling around their bed and then sleep on a sofa because they no longer feel comfortable using it.
I have photos and videos showing what I found in the room, so I have evidence of what I am describing.
I am extremely disappointed. This situation was handled very poorly, and I sincerely hope the hotel takes this seriously, properly checks and treats the room, and makes sure t

Un sejur foarte placut si demn de a fi repetat .
Pros:

Mi-a placut camera care a fost foarte spatioasa , mancarea buna si diversificata , personalul amabil si existenta mai multor piscine .

Cons:

Nu m-a incantat locatia , cam departe de plaja si problema locului de parcare care era departe de hotel.

La bar servire excelentă,personal foarte amabil băuturi și cu alcool și fără alcool ,bere ,cafea .La sneek bar sucuri ,bere la dozator înghețată asortată,aparat de cafea te servești singur cu ce vrei .alaturi este și piscină încălzită pt zilelor cu vreme rea .Afara 3 piscine .(Una pt copii )
Mîncare foarte bună diversificată.,in fiecare zi altceva .ca și prăjiturile .fructe ,ceai, sucuri ,cafea , bere,vin .Am stat doar 3 zile dar ma- m simțit foarte bine acum pe 10 septembrie .Recomand dacă vreți puțină relaxare in aceasta perioada.

Хотелът е много чист, персоналът приветлив и дружелюбен с малки изключения. Храната е отлична, обслужването също. За български хотел съм очарована, почивката ни мина чудесно. Гостите се чувстват наистина добре дошли - малката изненада в стаята беше добра и показа отношение, което в България не се среща много. Ще ви посетим отново! Моля, не разваляйте качеството на предлаганата услуга, само надграждайте!

Дребни детайли, нека почистванито на стаите да е до обяд, а не в следобедните часове за почивка. Има много усмихнати и вежливи млади хора от персонала, коита могат да заменят персонала в бара до басейна.

Hotel fantastyczny , pokoje super czyściutkie, łazienki nowe i z dużymi prysznicami. Dwie windy szybko obsługujące gości. Śniadania rewelacyjne , duży wybór dla każdego , świeże, czy warzywa, czy nabiał, czy jajka pod każdą postacią, czy mięso. Obiady i kolacje również bardzo duży wybór - mięsa , makarony, ryby , ziemniaki , frytki itd. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa w recepcji, na pietrach, ochrona , kelnerzy przy barach- fantastyczni wyrozumiali ludzie. Każdemu chce się pomóc i robią to z uśmiechem na twarzy. Opcja all inclusive. - super lokalne drinki. - wódka, run, gin, whiskey - naprawdę fantastyczny hotel. - super baseny- dużo leżaków. Zejście do morza schodkami na skróty, 3-5 minut.l Z lotniska można podjechać autobusem 409 i na lotnisko również tym autobusem z przystanku Madara - koszt 0,5 euro z biletem w aplikacji i 1,1 euro płatne gotówką w autobusie u konduktora. Die Snack Bar hat nicht wirklich stattgefunden
Die Am meisten frequentierte Lobbybar war immer nur mit einer Person besetzt, was zu einer langen Schlange beim Service geführt hat... gleichzeitig war die Rezeption ohne Not überbesetzt... hier hätte man seinen Kollegen mal helfen können.
