Very disappointing 4 star experience - Dirty, noisy, and misleading. We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. For a 4 star establishment, the standard old cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sena Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. Our rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The location of the hotel is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The included breakfast was also quite good, with enough variety to start the day well.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
A very good option for staying in Hanoi, and we would definitely recommend it.
