L’accueil de Hannah. Elle est super gentille et adorable.

Les gens qui font du bruit très tard le soir et ne respectent pas quand ils entrent ou sortent de leur chambre. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago Hoan Kiem. È possibile raggiungere a piedi il Tempio della Letteratura, ma anche la Cattedrale di San Giuseppe.
Lo staff alla reception è gentilissimo, molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri bagagli più grandi quando abbiamo passato una notte a Mai Chau, nonostante avessimo fatto il check-out dalla stanza.
La colazione è buona e i piatti caldi variano leggermente. C'è anche una parte di menù alla carta.
Le stanze sono spaziose e comode, anche se datate.

Cons:

Le uniche note dolenti sono state la pulizia, non precisissima, e la mancanza di insonorizzazione: i lavori in Vietnam iniziano molto presto e li abbiamo sentiti tutti.
Nonostante questo mi sento di consigliare la struttura perché situata in un'ottima posizione per il prezzo richiesto.
