Pros:

Good location for the old quarter. Huge bed and room, comfortable bed and nice shower. We had a few comments like needing an extra pillow and the showerhead was broken and the response from the management team was excellent.

Cons:

Need more than 1 pillow, main showerhead broken, dirty spare cover in wardrobe. No usable bedside lamp.

Un bon emplacement au coeur du quartier historique. Tout est faisable à pied
Pros:

L'emplacement central, la taille de la chambre correcte, le petit déjeuner très copieux, le personnel très attentionné.

Cons:

Même si c'était correct, certains équipements mériteraient un rajeunissement mais le prix étant très correct on peut comprendre qu'il faut remplir l'hôtel et ne pas bloquer de chambre à faire des travaux

This hotel was in a great location and the staff were amazing and friendly. Good breakfast to get the day started and a very reasonable price. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Hanoi, the staff alone make this hotel a great place to stay.

Pros:

Great location in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Easily walkable to Hoan Kiem Lake and all the other goodies the quarter has to offer. Staff were readily available and happy to speak and offer assistance as required.

Cons:

Not the cleanest, sheets felt muggy and sticky. Bit old and could do with a refresh.

Thank Sena Staff for looking after us
Pros:

Daniel is very helpful, he assisted us with our tour.

Halong bay is highly recommended Daniel made everything smooth with our trip.

He also help us book our bus to Danang after our Halong Bay tour.

All the staff are friendly specially the girl in the morning she’s always friendly.

La cama terriblemente en mal estado el colchón, la ducha extremadamente pequeña, el desayuno muy regular y la ubicación pésima. Nada recomendable

A great place to stay when in Hanoi
Pros:

We were a family of 3 staying here at Sena Boutique Hotel. We are very happy with our stay here. The room is very clean and the bed is nice as well. The staffs working here are very nice. They even helped us to store our luggages when we’re travelling to Da Nang. We will come back!!!

Pros:

Great location in the old quarter. Fabulous staff who are so helpful and take special requests (i.e. leaving luggage, arranging transport). Beautifully decorated.

Great staff and easy to arrange tours in the Old Quarter. Sena Boutique Hotel
Pros:

The location in the Old Quarter was great. The rooms were bright and clean. The breakfast had a mix of food and dishes to order. David, at the hotel, booked all of my tours to NinhBin, Sapa, to and from the airport. I loved having a secure airport pickup with my name on the board. As a solo woman traveler, I find comfort in knowing I can arrive safely at my hotel in a new town. I found it very easy to see the places I had on my list. David was always quick to respond, and I felt it was easier to use him as he was located at the hotel. Vegan restaurants were located nearby, including
IVegan, BEP CHAY, and more. Starbucks down the street. Little markets were close by, and on my walk to IVegan, I discovered a small store with the best price on purses! Seriously! Tell him the grey hair momma sent you😃

Cons:

Hanoi is a huge town, with lots of motorcycles and hard to walk on sidewalks. Don't walk, and gawk is my motto as you really need to be aware of your steps. It's just part of the adventure.

Great hotel with amazing staff in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarters
Pros:

The staff are all amazing. David, Hannah, Amy and the front guy at the Sena Hotel are all friendly and lovely. They made us feel like comfortable and went out of their way to help us in little things like taxi bookings, breakfast and even recommending restaurants and touristy sites.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't too bad but it wasn't the hotel's strongest point. Our room in the Sena Botique Hotel was in the 8th floor and thought it was clean and comfortable, it was a bit different from what was advertised. We upgraded to a room in the Sena Hotel across the road and the room was amazing.
