Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic! 1,5km from downtown and only 200m from the subway. Perfect!

Cons:

The pillow was uncomfortable for me. I wish I could have chosen a softer pillow.

Vista della camera al 12 piano stupenda posizione un po’ defilata ma a 15 minuti a piedi da dotonbori e 30 dal castello fermata della metro a 100 metri e combini sotto l’hotel

Cons:

Camera piccola nn si riusciva ad aprire la valigia

Pros:

Amazing location - right next to a metro station, above a 7/11, and good restaurants nearby. Room is comfortable, AC works. The room was prepared before check in time which was also a very welcome surprise!

Cons:

Very few washing machines (3) - we had to postpone laundry for two days which was inconvenient.

Het kon goedkoper voor hetgeen wat het was.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, luxueuze uitstraling, mooi uitzicht vanuit mijn hotelkamer.

Cons:

Weinig uitleg over faciliteiten. De batterij van mijn airconditioning was leeg. Bij het uitchecken had de medewerker geen oog voor mij en de voorganger om ons op te merken…
