I stayed at Hotel townhouse 004 Sector 51, and my experience was great. Manager Nishant was very professional and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hote's gym and spa were also excellent, providing a great way to relax and unwind. Pros:

There wasn’t a single thing to like, i request to take immediate action against that property, shut it down so that people can not have to face such reality.

Cons:

Room was so bad, the doors were broken, the slider has broken locks, staff was saying that we are not here to do any of the stuffs. Pillows were torned, bed sheet was like not washed since ages. It was horrible experience. I request couples, colleagues, friends don’t go there.

Worst hotel, Bookin.com should not befool innoent customers

Extrmeely unhappy with this so called hotel - no water , no electrticity, stale food , I booked for 2 guests on booking.com but the hotel reception still charged me 350 INR for the second guest , I dont know who to blame
