Le personnel, la facilité administrative la récupération des clés de la chambre rapidement..
Le petit déjeuner au top 👌 ( servit à l'assiette).

Cons:

Pas de parking, stationnement dans la rue mais il y a de la place assez proche.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício para Cancun, com necessidade de algumas melhorias.
Pros:

Localização boa, perto do ferry para Isla Mujeres, restaurante de tacos famoso ao lado, local super tranquilo, ônibus passa perto. Bom café
da manhã.

Cons:

Quarto poderia ser renovado, restaurante poderia ser melhor para o jantar, achei que estava com mau cheiro e ventiladores barulhentos. A área entre a recepção e os quartos fica um pouco escura de noite.

Hotel agreable, restaurants a proximité

Cons:

chambre humide, il n’y a pas de rideaux devant les fenêtres de la salle de bain donc la nuit on peut nous voir
Le choix du petit dejeuner est imposé donc tres peu de choix. On nous a mis un toast dans l’assiette mais il n’u avait ni beurre ni confiture ni quoi que ce soit donc on ne voyait pas l’intérêt du toast
Neanmoins le service etait rapide

It was very clean, the shower amenities were nice. Location is good, close to the beach. You have the pool right there and breakfast was good.
