Die Reinigungskräfte waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Dame am Empfang total unfreundlich. Keine Hilfe. Wie auch letztes Jahr schon. Wir nehmen nächstes Jahr ein anderes Hotel. Kein Safe. Kein Mamor. Keine Schrank. Das schlimmste ist die arrogante Dame am Empfang. Unglaublich. Die Damen von der Küche mit Handy laut im Frühstücksraum. Sauberkeit Frühstücksraum schlecht.
