We loved the location of the hotel. The room was lovely very clean and modern and tasteful. The staff were very friendly but not intrusive.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, personnel toujours aux petits soins. Possibilité de prendre une douche après le check-out, ce qui peut être vraiment top si vous avez un long trajet derrière car il fait très chaud et très pollué à Hanoï.

Was a beautiful little retreat from the busy streets. Staff were attentive and very sweet, we had a massage at the hotel which was exceptional, breakfast was lovely.

Fiona welcomed us and arranged all our stay. This included transfers and advice on local attractions. I know this is common in most hotels, but Fiona and all the staff we met, were exceptional.
From the welcoming drink in the foyer, to the complementary fruit and wine in the room, the service was truly exceptional. The staff are charming and smile all the time, they are well trained, professional and smartly dressed, a true delight to interact with.
The rooms, we stayed in, two, as we went to Halong Bay and returned to the hotel, both were very roomy, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean.
The location is great, train street is a 10 minute walk and there's a geart restaurant just around the corner.
If and when I return to Hanoi, I will certainly stay at this hotel.

Por segunda vez nos hemos alojado en el Acoustic Premium hotel, a la vuelta de Halong y como punto final a nuestros 16 días por Vietnam. Las 2 habitaciones, estupendas; limpias, amplias y cómodas y el desayuno muy bueno. El personal, excelente. Agradecemos mucho el detalle del hotel de guardarnos las maletas después de nuestro Check-in porque nuestro avión salía a las 12 de la noche y permitir que nos diéramos una ducha antes de salir para el aeropuerto y después de haber estado todo el día recorriendo Hanoi con temperaturas altas.

Es stimmte einfach alles. Wir fühlten uns wie die Könige. Jeder Wunsch wurde einem von den Augen abgelesen. Wir schliefen im „neuen“ Teil des Hauses, welcher im Juni 2025 eröffnet wurde. Moderne Zimmer, ein ultra bequemes Bett, frisches Obst, Wasserflaschen und eine Flasche Wein standen im Zimmer für uns parat. Begrüßt wurden wir persönlich von den lieben Menschen der Rezeption direkt als wir aus dem Auto ausstiegen. 2 Pagen kümmerten sich um unser Gepäck. Die beiden Herren stehen unermüdlich den ganzen Tag vor der Tür und öffnen den Gästen mit einem herrlichen Lächeln und einer freundlichen Begrüßung die Tür. Nach einem feuchten Tuch und umfangreichen Informationen zum Hotel wurden wir persönlich zu unserem Zimmer begleitet. Dieses Hotel lässt keinen Wunsch offen und wir können es jedem empfehlen. Getoppt wurde der Service bei unserem checkout. Wir haben nichts erwartet und wurden mit einem kleinen Verabschiedungsgeschenk überrascht. Der Service nahm kein Ende denn unser Rückflug ging erst spät am Abend. Also wurde uns angeboten, dass Gepäck aufzubewahren und bei Abholung im Duschraum eine frische Dusche zu nehmen, um nicht verschwitzt zum Flughafen fahren zu müssen. Das Grab stand vor der Tür und es wurden uns 2 Wasserflaschen mit auf die Fahrt gegeben… jeder Mitarbeiter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst angenehm. Wir waren sprachlos und waren froh, zum Abschluss unserer Vietnamreise dieses Hotel gewählt zu haben. Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder…

Alojamiento bien ubicado, bonito y limpio. El personal, muy atento y profesional. Desayuno bastante bueno. Hemos estado muy cómodos en este hotel.

高級ホテルに引けを取らない完璧なホスピタリティ。
滞在中は我が家で家族に囲まれているような安らぎを得ることができました。
全てのスタッフが、にこやかで明るく親切。
朝食も美味しかった。

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gut Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen ohne, dass man im Altstadttrubel steckt. Unser Familienzimmer war groß und komfortabel, mit 2 Zimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls perfekt.

Superbe hôtel au plein cœur de Hanoï juste à côté du Old quarter. Les chambres sont vraiment très grandes. Propreté et literie parfaites. Le personnel est vraiment adorable aux petits soins. On nous a permis de prendre la chambre dès 11h du matin sans supplément. Petit déjeuner très bien, n’hésitez pas à demander les plats chauds ( œufs … ) ils sont inclus dans le prix.

Friendly accommodating staff who made us feel at home. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from and the omelette they serve is perhaps the best I’ve had travelling. Nice city view from breakfast room and the hotel is makes an ideal base to see all major attractions is close to old quarter.

I would say thank you is not enough for a great stay in Hanoi!

Breakfast was excellent and so was the service staff.Concierge ladies couldn’t due enough for us,if you needed help they were there.My wife hurt her leg,and they went and got her bandages.They became our Hanoi family
