VTZ Orús Factory Hotel – Une expérience désastreuse, 280 € pour une nuit : une honte !

Très grosse déception pour une nuit à 280 € !

L’annonce indiquait deux chambres, mais nous avons découvert une simple mezzanine au-dessus des lits. Travaux extérieurs, rideaux laissant passer la lumière, climatisation hors service et forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre.

La salle de bain était dans un état déplorable : joints noircis, traces brunâtres sur la baignoire, poussière et VMC extrêmement bruyante. Photos à l’appui, le patron a simplement répondu qu’il s’agissait d’usure et non de saleté !

Aucun thé ni café dans la chambre, seulement une Senseo commune à l’accueil.

Face à notre demande de remboursement pour pouvoir quitter l’établissement, aucune solution satisfaisante ne nous a été proposée. Après deux heures de discussions, on nous a finalement demandé 60 € supplémentaires pour pouvoir partir, au motif que les toilettes avaient été utilisées une fois et que les enfants s’étaient assis sur les lits. Nous avons finalement dû payer cette somme !

Le plus décevant reste le mépris face à notre mécontentement et l’absence totale de considération pour les clients.

Une surprise familiale transformée en véritable mauvaise expérience. À ce prix-là, passez votre chemin !

Me pareció un "hotel" que no cumple con la expectativa calidad-precio. Incómodo, muy básico

Cons:

Es muy extraño el acceso, hay que subir y bajar, y bordear muy raro, sin ascensor para maletas, sillas, carros... Entras hay que bajar pasar por todo el hotel dando vueltas en redondo, luego subir escaleras para acceder al pasillo de habitaciones. Muy básico y no es barato para lo que es.

Mal olor y poca accesibilidad en Edificio emblemático

La ubicación en cuanto proximidad y estética del hotel, así como que ofrezcan pastas, café y agua en el lobby

Cons:

Fuerte olor a sustancias estupefacientes durante nuestra estancia (todo el pasillo así como nueatra habitación) e íbamos con un carrito de bebé, habitación con acceso sólo por escaleras, lo que suponía un reto

La cama era muy cómoda

Cons:

Mucho ruido de otras habitaciones. Se oía todo de otras habitaciones y de otros pisos, con un trasiego de gente continuo.
La habitación era muy simple para el coste que tuvo.
