Pros:

Пишу отзыв так как сам выбираю отель на основании отзывов. Итак по порядку:
1. Отель простенький, за свои деньги норм. Небольшой ремонт нужен
2. Номера тоже ок, кондиционер работает хорошо даже очень хорошо! Есть свои балкончики со стульями мы вечерами сидели там с напитками
3. Кровати и подушки удобные чистые без пятен
4, телевизор работает исправно есть даже Нетфликс
5. Персонал отель очень внимательный и помогал нам во всем. На стойке регистрации девочки знают Английский
6. Касательно шведского стола он был в выходные дни далее в будни из за отсутствия большого количества гостей приникли по меню. Но мы заказывали много и нам хватало
7. В бассейне купались наши родители и дети, бассейн был чистым и теплым им понравился
8. Ну и конечно спасибо отелю за то что сделали апгрейд на номер с видом на море
9. Кстати видел отзывы по поводу горячей воды и напора. Горячая вода и напор были отличными не ждали по пол часа
10. Рядом много кафе, продажи фруктов и смузи, есть аптека напротив и обменный пункт прям за углом с нормальным курсом
11. Кстати уборка в номерах была отличная полы притирали полотенца и принадлежности меняли каждый день

Cons:

Самый главный минус отеля это отсутствия собственного пляжа. Добраться до пляжа нужно пройти 500 метров и оказаться на пляже при отеле в Star sea beach. Там лежаки стоят по 150 000 донгов. Пляж чистый и лежаки под пальмами
Еще из минусов у нас не закрывалась дверь в ванной и были всякие жучки паучки но это нас не особо пугало.

Pros:

Завтрак, красивое лобби и наверное больше ничего

Cons:

Только после заселения я узнал, что отель был реновирован аж в 2000 году. Ремонт явно устал, шкаф холодильника был на одной петле, дверца еле закрывалась, на ресепшен стоят 3чел при 750 номеров. Слегка потрепанные новые 100 баксов отказались брать
При заселении балконный тяжелый столик стоял в номере, пришлось самому тащить на балкон
При выселении за час уже побеспокоили лично и спросили когда мы уйдем
Везде все покоцано
Вода в ванной и раковине плохо уходила, краны очень уставшие
Не было даже зубных щеток и пасты
Я приезжаю на три дня в хилтон и рассчитываю вечером почистить зубы, а не бегать по магазинам искать щетку

Нет люстры, мало освещения
При уборке не пропылесосили песок при входе
Не стоит своих денег. Может быть проблема в египте, я не знаю, но даже в Индии было в разы лучше в пятерке, и даже дешевле
В общем это не уровень пятерки

It’s a beautiful property closure to beach.

I like the property and it’s location

Cons:

Restaurant team was not supportive and didn’t have coordination with the front desk team on special requirement. In our case three of our members were not well so we had requested to parcel breakfast which front desk team agreed, when we started packing food they doubtfully asked you already had breakfast and still packing. We got embarrassed as this was asked in front of others and felt quite unprofessional.

Perfect location and the staffs were very friendly.
Pros:

Location wise is perfect. Right in the centre so it’s easy to commute to south and north. There are really nice cafes and restaurants in the walking distance. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast could use some improvement. It was the same thing everyday. Even though we got there an hour before the closing time , most of the dishes were cold by then. It would be nice to keep it heated. Out of the two, one toaster is broken and it has been like that our entire stay. Equipments and dishes could use an upgrade. Water jug needs to be changed seriously. More fruits and bread varieties would have been nice.

We wouldn’t come back
Pros:

Our bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony was nice

Cons:

It’s not 4 stars hotel, maximum 3., on a very busy road, outdated, with dirty swimming pool and dirty tables at breakfast. The beach is overcrowded, no sun-beds for the hotel guests and no direct access to the beach from the hotel.
