The staff is dull and non cooperative especially the reception staff.They had no interest in helping the customers. Restaurant staff is good but language is the barrier there

The room had a great view. Breakfast was also really good. Really nice service.

Cons:

The pool was a bit small. There are two small elavators. So there is quite a lot of waiting if the hotel is full.

Fabulous room ,staff , and location. Breakfast buffet average.
Pros:

Staff was excellent especially the young guy nick or nate at the front desk

Cons:

The breakfast buffet needs some work . Was not thrilled with selection of foods. The freshness and the flow of the people around the buffet was quite cramped and difficult at times.
