Empfang, Zimmer, Kulinarik- da blieb bei mir kein Wunsch offen.
Ich (75!) kann mich nicht an ein Resort erinnern, wo ich mich so umsorgt und wohl gefühlt hätte! 👍👍👍

An oasis in the middle of crazy-busy Phnom Penh
Pros:

Service is exceptional, but that's true in all of Cambodia it seems. Décor is tasteful and original (cement floor in the room, art work). Few rooms, cozy, quiet. The restaurant opens to the outdoor swimming pool and the trees. A welcome contrast with the craziness in the streets of the capital city!

Cons:

A little far from the historical center but that's not that important given how easy it is to book a tuktuk.

An original and comfortable hotel, but its remote location and misleading airport transfer were disappointing.
Pros:

The rooms have a rather unusual layout: the sink is located in the entrance area, the shower is at the foot of the bed, and the bathtub is on the balcony. It’s original and ultimately quite pleasant. The bedding is comfortable, and you sleep well. Breakfast is well served, in a pleasant setting by the pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property is quite far from most of the main attractions. It is also impossible to shower without getting your hair wet, as there is only a rain shower, which is not very practical.

The most disappointing point concerns the airport transfer. I chose this hotel solely because it stated on Booking that it offered this service. In reality, this is not a genuine transfer service: the hotel merely arranges one upon request, which most hotels already do. Moreover, the price charged is excessive — $30, whereas the same journey cost me $12 via Grab.

Without this misleading mention of an airport transfer, I would never have booked this property.

Reliably pleasant stay for a few days in PP.
Pros:

Rambutan has a great reputation and attracts a pleasant mix of guests. Phnom Penh generally isn't a walking city outside the designated walking street, the area around the hotel is an exception, a walk around the block reveals nice french colonial era houses and quite a bit of shade in places.

Cons:

It needs a bit of a zush.

Pros:

L'accueil Cambodgien est toujours aussi chaleureux. L'emplacement est un peu excentré donc plus calme. La chambre est très belle. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Comme la compagnie aérienne avait perdu notre valise, on aurait apprécié avoir des brosses à dents.

Un havre de paix avec un personnel au top
Pros:

Le personnel est génial et très attentionné. Toujours souriant sans être intrusif. L'hôtel est très joli, les chambres aussi avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est de qualité. Cet un véritable havre de paix au milieu du tumulte de Phnom Penh. L'hôtel dispose d'un tuk tuk attitré M.Heng qui pratique des prix trés raisonnables et est une personne de confiance pour tous vos déplacements en ville. Bravo à toute l'équipe. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir d'autant de gentillesse de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ.

Cons:

Rien à part peut être l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche alors que l'espace est fort agréable.
