Very very nice staff and absolutely stunning property and rooms, I highly recommend staying in this hotel! The best part was probably the beautiful array of pools.

Q a partir a las 3 pm te cobran day pass si te quieres quedar mas tiempo, ya que su lugar que es difícil dar con él por la durabilidad que implica llegar, quieres aprovecharlo al máximo, no se me hace prudente que te cobren de Paz, si quieres quedarte todo el día el domingo que es tu día de check Out
The place is really beautiful, nice setting along the cove and the condo was comfortable and welcoming
For the price point I found it odd that with a full kitchen there was no basics such as salt or pepper. We brought our own coffee but there was no coffee pot, just a nespresso machine and they charged us $300 mx for the pods. Also no basics such as coffee sugar, etc. the biggest complaint is lack of water. I don’t understand why with a 3 bedroom condo they wouldn’t provide a garrafón or jug of water. They left us 5 tiny plastic bottles of water, which was not enough given there were 8 of us. Also not terribly eco friendly on their part for such a nature based location. We drove to the town of Carreyes looking for water to buy and couldn’t find a store that sold it. Lack of water is kind of a big deal and buying small plastic bottles for 8 people all weekend long from the resort not ideal. Also the fridge was on its last legs and the ice maker didn’t work. They gave us some ice but told us we would have to pay for future ice. Kind of shocking.

VERY DISAPPOINTED...I PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR AN APPARTMENT WITH OCEAN VIEW, BALCONY WITH OCEAN VIEW AND GARDEN.

ALSO we spent a lot of money to get there because we were invited to a very special formal 60th birthday celebration... there was NO IRON in the place and Reception Closed at 7pm. We had to arrive to the party with all our dress code and my partners FULL OF WRINKLES
I DIDN'T RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR AND WHAT WAS INDICATED IN MY RESERVATION....
VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THINK I SHOULD RECEIVE A COMPENSATION BACK.
The room is very comfortable but I had to ask for coffee and drinkable water. I appreciate that the owners accepted to give it to me but it should be standard. Also the overall property while very nice, be aware that it has a lot of steps everywhere

Loved the landscaping, privacy, pools, easy access to the beaches in the area. Very quiet outside of the construction noise (which I think is because we were off season)
There was some construction in the unit right by ours. They were nice to ask the construction to start later in the day.
