Des choses à revoir
Pros:

Personnel très gentil ,très joli hotel

Cons:

Le temps n était pas au rdv nous avons eu froid donc les habits mouillés ..il n y avait pas d étendoir pour pouvoir poser notre linge ...pas de chauffage non plus ...et nous avons pris une chambre familiale avec 4 lits ..ils nous ont surclassé avec une chambre mais malheureusement un lit d appoint pour ma fille de 17 ans et mon fils a dormi sur le canapé ...la propreté est quand même a revoir ...
Au niveau piscine chauffée rien a redire mais le liner se décolle a un endroit c est dommage pour un 5 étoiles.
Au niveau de la nourriture tajines très bon mais c est dommage les repas sont répétitifs ...
Et lieu très excentré de Marrakech ,une navette est à disposition si il y a de la place et rentrée à 17:30 ce qui fait un peu juste pour pouvoir profiter de la ville en soirée .

Pros:

Tout parfait sauf au moment de partir 3 h du matin 5 00 dihram en premier et après 200 par magie pour 2 petites serviettes que je n' ai pu vérifier qu il manquaient pas grave super séjour et super hôtel et le personnel au top de top

500 dihram puis 200 dihram pour 2 petites serviettes vraiment surpris car tout était parfait surtout le personnel

Cons:

La nourriture….. il faut revoir c est toujours la même chose… pas assez varié et de plus les grillades à revoir via la cuisson

Pros:

The staff at this hotel really make the stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and they ask if there is anything else you need. Zara on reception was so accommodating.
We were here in winter so it was quieter than I imagine it is in summer but the entertainment staff Sam and Moussa were still upbeat asking if you would like to get involved. We aren't usually joiners but did yoga on the lawn, a ping pong tournament with lots of laughs, played pool and got lots of laughs at a quiz. Sameer the bar manager was lovely taking time to chat.
I've never stayed in a cleaner hotel, staff are constantly washing communal areas and keeping the green areas.
All inclusive was all inclusive with cocktails included and there was always something good to eat.
The room was massive, cleaned and towels changed and toiletries restocked daily and bed comfy.

Cons:

There are areas of the hotel that need a bit of attention but it didn't affect our stay.

Bueno para pasar unos pocos dias.
Pros:

El hotel esta bien a nivel de piscina y las habitaciones son muy grandes.
El personal es muy amable.
Hay bastantes tumbonas en la piscina y son bastante cómodas.

Cons:

El spa y la piscina interior son muy pequeñas.
Y el agua de la piscina interior era un poco turbia, todo lo contrario de la piscinas exteriores que son espectaculares.
Lo que menos nos gustó, es que a nivel de buffet la comida es muy poco variada. Todos los dias tienes lo mismo.
Esperábamos un poco mas de variedad de comida por el precio del all inclusive.

Petit hôtel, loin des standards qu’on peut attendre d’un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Le personnel au bar et l’espace dans la chambre. La qualité des tajines au restaurant

Cons:

Un seul petit bar extérieur vite en rupture de stock de boissons… Peu d’activités proposées et disponibles (ping-pong, pétanque,ballon de foot et c’est à peu prêt tout)

Une piscine chauffée aurait été appréciable.
Le buffet pour un cinq étoiles est un peu simple, peu varié. En cinq jours nous n'avons pas mangé de couscous pas de semoule ni de gâteaux spécifiques ( corne de gazelle ou autres ...)
L'hôtel est un peu excentré pas dans la zone de prise en charge pour les excursions

All inclusive - a pleasent stay.
Pros:

Had indoor/outdoor pools plus an aqua-park - great for children.
Rooms were a generous size.
Sara - staff member very friendly and accommodating.
Most staff in general were pleasant but not fluent in English.
20 mins approx from airport.
Shuttles/taxis available.

Cons:

There was a large selection of food but not always child friendly. My daughter struggled to find something to her taste.
Pools were not heated except indoor one.
We found rooms to be cold particularly at night - even a blanket did not suffice.
Spa was ok - staff very relaxed in their approach.
Fixtures and fittings not to a high standard.
Occasional Power/wifi issues aqua-park only open at certain times
No entertainment at night (maybe out of season)
Eating times were rigid - no snacks available throughout day - had to pay for ice creams.
Advice to book excursions/activities online as although offered at hotel they were mainly day trips or long excursions. Was advised to book short trips/activities online.

Le personnel est tout le temps au petit soin. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Le cadre est magnifique. Je recommande vivement !
