Quynh was without a doubt the best receptionist we met during our entire three-week journey through Vietnam. From the first moment we checked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly friendly. Her English is excellent, which made it easy for us to ask questions and get helpful information about the area. She was always smiling and happy to assist us with anything we needed. Whether we needed directions, travel tips, or recommendations for food, she was always ready with great advice. What we appreciated most was how genuinely caring she was with every guest. It never felt like she was simply doing her job — she truly wanted everyone to have a wonderful stay. Thanks to her, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel was already nice, but Quynh made the experience even better. In fact, we believe that at least half of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much was because of her service. She represents hospitality at its best. If anyone deserves recognition or a salary increase, it is definitely her. With her attitude and dedication, she will surely have a very successful future.

Even though it’s in a busy area, the room was quiet and peaceful. The small touches from the staff really made us feel valued and cared for. Everything felt well organized, and we had no issues at all. I’d totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi, whether it’s your first time or you’re coming back.

The loation in the Old Quarter is excellent and made getting around the city very convenient. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. One of our favorite things was the lovely lake view nearby, which gave the area a relaxing charm. It was the perfect balance between lively city life and peaceful scenery. Because of that, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Many restaurants, shops, and popular attractions are just a short stroll away. It made sightseeing around the city very easy and enjoyable. The real highlight of the hotel, though, is the staff. The reception team was amazing throughout our stay. First of all, the reception staff were extremely helpful, kind, and polite. Every time we needed anything, they were always ready to assist us. In fact, you don’t even need to ask — the team takes care of everything before you even think about it.
The location of the hotel is more than excellent. Everything is within easy reach, and you can walk to any place you need. It’s truly perfectly situated.
In addition, the room was amazing — very spacious and beautifully maintained. It had two large beds (one and a half size each), and they were incredibly comfortable. We slept perfectly.

Despite the chilly weather outside, the room temperature was cozy and allowed me to sleep very well throughout the night. I was also impressed by how well soundproofed the room was, as it remained quiet and peaceful even with the city outside. Having an elevator available was another convenient feature, particularly when carrying luggage. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, this was not an issue at all. There are plenty of great local spots just around the corner where you can enjoy authentic Vietnamese breakfast at very reasonable prices. In fact, it gave me a nice opportunity to explore nearby cafés and try local dishes.
