Reception staff were so lovely and helpful

The hotel I recommend has very nice, spacious rooms. It is fully equipped. Cars cannot access directly in front of the hotel, but it’s not a problem because the walkway is quite good and it’s very easy to roll your luggage in. It’s easy to walk to the Old Quarter, the food options nearby are very diverse.

The room has a large area, and everything else is very good. It is close to the Old Quarter, with many attractions within walking distance, very convenient. The hotel is very beautiful, and the room is decorated very modern, clean, and tidy. The thing that pleased me the most was the quietness; during sleep, there was almost no noise. For light sleepers, the central air conditioning is of high quality.

We only stayed for 1 night here and we really liked it. The rooms clean and well maintained! Staff were helpful and let us book only 1 room to store 14 luggage of 14 people while we went on a full day tour. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Hanoi.

Le service de l’hôtel est très agréable et l’établissement est sans doute l’un des plus propres où j’ai séjourné au Vietnam. Les équipements sont récents et la literie est parfaitement propre. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre possède un balcon offrant une jolie vue sur la ville. Pour le prix, la qualité est vraiment remarquable. L’hôtel est aussi bien situé, à proximité de la vieille ville.

We stayed here for a few nights. Great location, Staff were lovely. It's in a fantastic area with everything you need within walking distance. The staff made us feel SO welcome everytime we came back from being outside of the hotel. When it rained as we were going out one day they ran and got us an umbrella. Sweet touches that really makes a difference to the vibe of the hotel.

Quynh was without a doubt the best receptionist we met during our entire three-week journey through Vietnam. From the first moment we checked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly friendly. Whether we needed directions, travel tips, or recommendations for food, she was always ready with great advice. What we appreciated most was how genuinely caring she was with every guest. It never felt like she was simply doing her job — she truly wanted everyone to have a wonderful stay. Thanks to her, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The hotel was already nice, but Quynh made the experience even better. In fact, we believe that at least half of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much was because of her service. She represents hospitality at its best. If anyone deserves recognition or a salary increase, it is definitely her. With her attitude and dedication, she will surely have a very successful future.
