The process was fast and smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. What stood out most was how personal the service felt—we always felt looked after rather than treated like just another guest. The all-inclusive tour package was another highlight and offered excellent value for the price.

I really appreciated the location of this hotel because it made exploring the city so easy. I could walk to most of the main attractions without having to rely on taxis or public transport. The staff also suggested joining a local food tour, which sounded interesting, so I gave it a try. It ended up being a fantastic experience and a highlight of my trip.

It was centrally located and within walking distance of everywhere. Clean and spacious room and very good value for money.

The rooms are affordable in a great location in the old quarter near the Cathedral. The rooms were decent. Our receptions Heidi was amazing and Jacob was great as well. All in all a good stay.

All of the basic facilities worked exactly as they should, including the air conditioning, WiFi, and hot water. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and patiently answered every question we had about buses, taxis, and local transportation. His recommendations were very useful during our stay.

If you're planning to explore the city, this hotel is a great choice. Many tourist attractions are nearby, and calling a Grab was always quick and convenient. Heidi was one of the highlights of our stay. She happily helped us print our flight tickets and arranged luggage storage after check-out, giving us extra time to enjoy the city before heading to the airport. Her professionalism and friendliness were truly appreciated.
