The room was comfortable, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the large, cozy bed and the reliable air conditioning after long days of sightseeing. Tala was friendly and helped us book a trip to Ninh Binh that ended up being one of our favorite experiences in Vietnam. Thanks to the excellent service, we left with wonderful memories.
Heidi and John made a lasting impression on us with their kindness and attentiveness. From the very first moment, they made us feel like we belonged there. They didn’t treat us like just another booking—they actually remembered our names and checked in on us daily, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal.
I booked this hotel because of its reasonable price, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The internet worked well, and the hot shower was much appreciated after a long day exploring Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Jacob kindly walked us outside to make sure we found our Grab without any trouble. Service like that is hard to forget.
חדר פשוט ממוקם ברחוב צדדי ושקט קרוב לסופרים קטנים שווה את המחיר
Excellent location. The room was spacious with a little balcony overlooking the lane, which was great for people watching. Staff were lovely and ensured the fan I'd requested was in the room. Toiletries were packaged sustainably. However, i can't see why anyone would give it a 10 because it's not special and there were a few little niggles: see negatives.
The room was dark. The neighbour's a/c unit was noisy. The powerpoints were in inconvenient locations. Water was provided in plastic bottles, ie not environmentally responsible. In general, the room was a bit 'tired'.
Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is tucked away just enough to avoid the busy traffic, yet you're only a few minutes from cafés, restaurants, and local attractions. Tala was incredibly friendly and generously stored our luggage while we explored Sapa for a couple of days, allowing us to travel light and worry-free. Thanks to the fantastic service and convenient location, I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
One of the things I appreciated most was how genuinely welcoming everyone was. Thu always greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable every day. She kindly explained the easiest way to reach Train Street and shared a few helpful local tips as well. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was spotless, cozy, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing and safe stay.
Travel plans don't always go as expected, but the staff made everything incredibly easy for us. John was fantastic and helped organize transportation from the airport as well as securing a Ha Long Bay cruise at the last minute. His efficiency and local knowledge saved us a lot of time and stress. The hotel may not be overly luxurious, but it was cozy, well maintained, and surprisingly comfortable.
We reached Hanoi after a very long flight and were running on almost no energy. The warm welcome from Heidi instantly lifted our spirits. She kindly helped us check in earlier than expected, giving us the chance to shower and rest before exploring the city. The room was beautifully clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality, our trip got off to a fantastic start.
The location was one of the biggest highlights, allowing us to explore the Old Quarter almost entirely on foot while still providing a peaceful escape from the busy streets in the evening. Jacob was incredibly helpful throughout our visit, offering excellent local recommendations that turned out to be some of our favorite experiences in Hanoi. The room was always clean, fresh, and well maintained, and the bed was much more comfortable than we expected. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
very good location and staff
Nothing
Tom, one of the staff members was super friendly and helpful. so was everyone who works on the reception. Very good location, helpful with early and late check in/out and all other needs. Clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.
This is truly a special hotel, and the biggest reason is the wonderful owner, Ms. Tracy. She is kind, caring, and genuinely dedicated to both her guests and the hotel. Every morning, she carefully arranges fresh flowers, organizes the reception area, and ensures that everything is in perfect order. You can immediately notice the attention and care she puts into every detail, which creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. Because of Ms. Tracy's warm and positive attitude, the entire team reflects the same spirit. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself is small but exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms are modern, cleaned daily, and replenished with drinking water every day. The TV offers YouTube and other streaming services, and the WiFi connection is reliable throughout the property. Everything is kept neat, tidy, and in excellent condition. Breakfast was always enjoyable, with attentive service from the staff. During our stay, we truly felt at home rather than simply being hotel guests. The location was also very convenient. Sometimes we walked to the nearby food streets, beer streets, and train street, while on hotter days we simply took a taxi. Getting around was easy, and we never encountered any difficulties exploring the area. One thing I particularly appreciated was how quickly the reception staff remembered their guests. Every time I entered or left the hotel, they greeted me warmly and were always happy to help with transportation arrangements or directions whenever needed. The service felt personal and sincere, something that is becoming increasingly rare. The rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of genuine care.
Great location, good and accommodating staff.
Various issues with shower drainage, rooms not resembling pictures, small mites in the room. They also asked that I do some weird things with my reservation to avoid paying a booking.com fee.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 days and really enjoyed it. It was quite busy during the weekend when we stayed, but the reception still handled everything quickly, from arranging taxis to helping with luggage. We never felt overlooked.
The staff were very friendly and always willing to provide information about activities and places to eat. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, a spacious bathroom, hot shower, and air conditioning. The hotel also offers tour bookings, car services, and motorbike rentals at the front desk. The location is very convenient, only about a 15 minute walk to shopping areas.
