Don't waste your money

I stayed at this hotel last year and upgraded to a premium room that are not available to book on booking.com
This year I also paid for the upgraded premium room. This was a different room even though I had requested the same room months before arrival. I know requests are not always guaranteed bit they don't care if tour a returning guest. The room they have me was musky, the air conditioning needs fresh gassing. I woke up coughing and to numerous spiders on the floor that weren't there the day before. There was little flies buzzing around the place and the window in the bathroom has been glued shut.
I paid for 6 days upgrade and left after the first night.
It's not a cheap hotel but they refused to refund any part of the payment including the upgrade amount I paid the night before. My recommendation is to go across the road and stay in the Andaman Embrace.
I would never stay here again. I felt I needed a clean shower after having a shower the Aspery

Pros:

Super lokalizacja,pokoje dziennie sprzątane,ręczniki i pościel zmieniana codziennie,personel super☺️jak na 3gwiazdki to nie ma się do czego przyczepić .Basen super prawie zawsze pusty☺️Śniadanie monotonne ale zawsze coś się wybrało żeby nie wyjść z hotelu głodnym☺️

Pros:

Hotel très propre, pas mal situé, au calme, bon petit restaurant à l'hotel et personnel très agréable dans tous les services.
Bonne literie dans la chambre et celle-ci bien entretenue

Cons:

Il n'y avais pas d'eau chaude au robinet de l'évier de la salle de bain (c'est plus pratique et facile pour se raser le matin) il y avais seulement de l'eau chaude à la douche et pas toujour fort chaude, pas de tablette pour poser ses produits de soins près de l'évier, un seul tiroir dans la chambre c'est un peu trop peu ainsi que pas de porte à la garde de robe.

Pros:

Morgenmad var god. Aspery beliggenhed er fremragende med kort afstand til vandet. Personalet var smilende, venlige og hjælpsomme.

Cons:

Måske poolen, men vi brugte den ikke.

Pros:

Oamenii ne-au făcut să ne simțim foarte bine primiți. Foarte atenți și foarte grijulii cu copilul nostru de aproape 2 anișori.
Locația foarte bună, ai tot ce îți trebuie într-un perimetru de maxim 10 minute de mers pe jos, plajă foarte aproape.

Toate mi-au plăcut.

Die Managerin war sehr hilfsbereit.Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt.Lage zentral.

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet war sehr einfach,billige Produkte.Der Kaffee war schlecht und kalt.Das Servicespersonal war schlecht,die Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt.Durch Bestechung konnte man einen Tisch im Schatten reservieren.Es gab wenig Tische im Schatten. Sonnenschirme waren keine vorhanden.

Carino ma con tanti difetti
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione era ottima, a neanche 10 min di camminata da bangla road, attaccato alla spiaggia. Una nota di merito per il ragazzo che ogni sera sta sul marciapiede davanti all’entrata del ristorante a salutare tutti e augurare buona serata sempre col sorriso, anche canticchiando.
La camera era spaziosa con un bel terrazzo.. con vista muro e motori dell’aria condizionata

Cons:

Purtroppo appena abbiamo fatto il check in abbiamo scoperto che la nostra camera era in un altro stabile, e che per arrivarci dovevi passare per il retro bottega della lavanderia, passando davanti ad altri bar/centri massaggi. Non era specificato nella prenotazione. Ci ha dato molto fastidio
La colazione era abbastanza varia ma per noi occidentali a cui piace il dolce a colazione non c’era praticamente niente
Per fare la doccia era un patimento, o era gelida o bollente, anche se avessi chiesto alla reception dubito avrebbero potuto fare qualcosa. Peccato

Престоят ни беше много приятен и бих ме посетили хотела отново.
Pros:

Отседнахме в този хотел и като цяло останахме много доволни. Местоположението е отлично – близо до главната улица ,близо до плажа, което го прави много удобно за разходки и почивка край морето. Стаите са приятни и почиствани всеки ден

Особено добро впечатление ни направи ресторантът – храната е много вкусна, разнообразна и добре приготвена. Обслужването също беше любезно и на ниво.

Cons:

Единственият малък минус е, че достъпът до хотела не е много контролиран и на практика всеки може да влезе. Би било добре да има малко повече контрол за по-голямо спокойствие на гостите.
