Terrible old hotel need renewal ( bulding 2 )
Pros:

Housekeeping is friendly and helpful and near the Patong beach

Cons:

Reception are not Collaborators it all I requested a change to my reservation but was refused after the got the payment This hotel prioritizes profit above all else. The rooms are old and dilapidated, the bathroom is unclean, and cockroaches were even spotted there at times. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was a terrible experience and I left before still two nights from reservations.

Cons:

It is a very old hotel, and the room was infested with various kinds of insects, including cockroaches It was a terrible experience I do not recommend staying there.

Unexpectedly challenging
Pros:

The location was great, the room was clean, staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant food was fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel had undisclosed renovations and the pool was closed (both of which were occurring for the duration of our 9 night stay). We were not made aware of any of this until we checked in and had already paid. Ultimately the staff were fantastic and we were permitted to check out early without penalty as the noise from the renovation was loud and our kids couldn’t swim on their holiday! We were also given food vouchers for the inconvenience caused.

People who didn't tip them! They all deserved extra for their great service. They make you feel like you are home even though you are not.😎 Would recommend to all who are looking for a great Thailand experience 💯
