There is really not much to complain about nice hotel, with excellent and friendly staff. Treat them well and do not be an asshole, and you will have a wonderfull stay!
The hotel taxi is not avaible if have have to leave early mornings/nights.

On a commandé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant l’hôtel n’a pas pris en compte la troisième personne il a fallut payer 100€ le lit en plus alors que c’était prévu au départ

Like last time ( since the location didn’t change😂) it’s for me very good located. Everything you could possibly want if you stay in Patong is in walking distance. If you want to go to a different place, motorbike taxi or taxi is easy to get as well. The rooms are in good condition and for that rate there’s not really something to complain about.
For me it wasn’t a real issue but, the TV in my room wasn’t working at all.
Since I was staying in a different room category than last time I, need to say that in the superior double room the AC is blowing directly onto the bed what I finde quite uncomfortable. In my room the swing mode wasn’t working so I couldn’t change anything. But, maybe it’s just a personal thing.
