La struttura è splendida, moderna, pulitissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo avuto due camere bellissime, spaziose, elegantemente arredate, con letti super grandi e comodissimi che hanno reso il soggiorno davvero perfetto. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai ragazzi della hall, sempre gentilissimi, professionali e disponibili, in particolare a Gladio e Simone che sono stati eccezionali per tutta la permanenza. Simone, con una pazienza e una gentilezza rare, si è persino impegnato ad aiutare mia sorella a superare la sua paura dell’ascensore, accompagnandola e mettendola completamente a suo agio: un gesto davvero umano e speciale che non dimenticheremo.
Assolutamente nulla, esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista.

Staff non troppo efficiente (avevo richiesto telefonicamente il cambio del bollitore presente in camera e, nonostante mi sia stato detto che sarebbero arrivati subito, dopo 20 minuti di attesa sono dovuta scendere in reception e ricomunicare il guasto)
Alcuni camerieri del bar non capivano nemmeno l'inglese e consegnavano ordini sbagliati ai tavoli
La camera era piena di zanzare, la prima notte non sono riuscita a dormire

L'emplacement pas idéal, loin du centre ville. Globalement moyen. Propreté a revoir, vraiment pas top du tout.
Établissement très agréable avec accès piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam compris dans le prix de la chambre ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Burkini accepté dans cet hôtel.
Bus 4 à 200 metres de l'hôtel et qui vous emmène au centre ville directement. Un ticket de bus coûte 0,40 €.
En face vous avez une station de bus pour aller vers Durres pour 2 € par personne . Et vers la ville de kruje pour 3 € pour aller voir le château de kruja.
On trouve facilement des restaurants, snacks halal partout.
Le petit déjeuner pas assez varié.
