Be careful of hidden costs
Pros:

The location was good for buses both within the city and from other cities

Cons:

The staff charged €10 for a lost keycard. This was not something they mentioned at the time of giving out keycards and is not something I have ever experienced at another big hotel. When I pointed this out they argued that it would have been inappropriate to tell me when they gave it to me.

Kesinlikle bir daha gelirsem kalacağım…
Pros:

Bu tesis gerçekten aile dostu bir tesis. Tüm havuzlarını çocuklar kullanabiliyor, spa , Türk hamamı, ve masaj hizmeti gayet iyi… kahvaltısı bence çoğu yerden iyi tabi ki daha iyisi de vardır… ama bence gayet başarılı. Otopark çok önemli. Bir daha gitsem yine kalırım. Öğle vakitlerinde veya akşamları yemek yemek isterseniz dışarıda yemek istemiyorsanız restoranı gayet güzel.

Cons:

Temizlik personeli bence bir kontrolör tarafından kontrol edilmeli.

Pros:

The location was good, and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the city centre was not far away.

The spa was quite small, but I come from Northern Europe, where spas are very different, so my opinion on this is subjective. Overall, everything was good.

Pros:

De klantvriendelijkheid. Iedereen is erg behulpzaam, respectvol en vriendelijk.

Cons:

De gym was niet wat het moest zijn. Persoonlijk had ik wat meer aan een gym gehad ipv het zwembad.
