The manager was very cooperative and helpful. He complied every demand promptly and made my stay comfortable 👍
Bathroom was very narrow but elongated but hot water made a refreshing bath.
To start with I should say that such kind of properties should not be listed on Booking.com website, you should immediately removed them. When I have booked the hotel through your website and it says that my booking is confirmed then it was the respective Hotel management's responsibility that they should have called the customer to guide them for check-in. Secondly, there was no property's contact number given in your website instead came to know later that this property was from OYO's side. My family (Both Ladies including one senior citizen) reached Ranchi today and the property was not able to locate as per the given address, nobody locally knows about this Hotel. I am a very old customer of Booking.com but such kind of experience was pathetic and not at all appreciable. It was so bad experience faced this time and that too my family landed in night at Ranchi airport due to late flight arrival and then they could not locate this stupid hotel address. Booking.com should compensate for this horrible experience and I have a right to ask for the same.

Rooms are very small and crunched up. No water supply early in the morning. Staff available only after 9 am. No staff available for attending you in the morning
Fast check-in. No questions asked , neutral behaviour of staff which is really good for couples.
But price was more than price shown in booking.com. charged 1200 rupees whereas 680 rs shown in booking.
The property manager was demanding more money than actual booking amount
