Exceptional
Pros:

Amazing value for money in comparison to elsewhere in Perth. Walked into the city from the flat via gardens and took an hour. Shops nearby. Great wifi for work calls. Definitely recommend!

The wrong decision
Pros:

Clean

Cons:

Could not sleep due to room location, next to stares and people walking up and down the whole time.
No lake view as said, no private bathroom, for $60 more I could have booked in a private hotel. Not what I expected, sorry. Will not recommend to stay in a shared house with one bathroom, its just weird.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Cons:

I still need a refund. I did not stay on property due to false advertising and lack of communication prior to arrival. It was a big mess to land in after a long day in airport and an 8 hour flight. Please refund me Booking.com and deal with this horrible woman directly. Thank you.

Clean, welcoming, safe, everything you need and quiet! They are both super nice and their dog is really friendly but also leaves you alone if you don t feel like it :)

Quiet and comfortable for business layover
Pros:

The room was comfortable and central to Perth and the northern suburbs' public transport. The area was quiet, and it was great to have a secure room and parking outside the window. A great walk nearby around the lake.
