This property I booked by mistake but thought I couldn’t transfer to the one I wanted the staff made sure they upgraded us to better room and all was happy at the end

Ubicación excelente. Cerca del tranvía T1 y del metro y bien comunicado por carretera con paradas de autobus cercanas. Gran centro comercial muy próximo cruzando la calle. Personal muy amable y servicial que nos solucionó los problemas al cambiarnos de habitación. Habitaciones muy amplias. Buen colchón.

Cons:

La habitación ofertada es muy ruidosa porque da a la calle y está muy mal insonorizada por la carpintería metálica que no ajusta. El baño turco es muy incómodo porque se llena de agua media habitación. La moqueta y las cortinas precisan un cambio. Las instalaciones que se muestran en la página del hotel Ottoman están en el hotel de Luxe y no en el S Class y tienes que salir unos 200 m a la calle y necesitas una invitación que tramitas en la recepción del Class. La piscina hubo unos días que estuvo cerrada por mantenimiento.

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable family stay with great service and a convenient location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful family stay! The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great — especially convenient if you have a car thanks to the free parking, but even without one it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the T1 station. Overall, a great experience for families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The breakfast was okay but could be improved. The selection was limited and didn’t change during our four-day stay, though everything was fresh and well presented. I would appreciate a bit more variety in the future.
A special thank you to the ladies working in the breakfast section — they were always kind, attentive, and very helpful, which made our mornings much nicer.

⭐ 1 stea – O experiență neplăcută din cauza lipsei de asumare

Am întrebat la recepție dacă hotelul oferă serviciu de spălătorie auto, iar personalul mi-a confirmat că da. Am acceptat cu încredere, însă după ce mașina a fost adusă înapoi, am observat mai multe zgârieturi pe caroserie.

Am solicitat o simplă confirmare scrisă din partea hotelului, care să ateste că mașina a fost dusă la spălătorie prin intermediul lor, pentru a putea rezolva problema pe asigurare. Din păcate, managerul a refuzat acest lucru, deși o astfel de hârtie ar fi durat doar câteva minute și ar fi arătat profesionalism și respect față de client.

Am fost nevoit să chem poliția de două ori pentru a încerca să clarific situația, însă fără rezultat. În plus, la ora 5 dimineața am fost trezit de personalul hotelului pentru a muta mașina din parcare, fiind îndrumat să o las în fața unui alt hotel aparținând aceluiași proprietar.

Consider că situația ar fi putut fi rezolvată foarte simplu dacă managementul ar fi tratat cu seriozitate problema și ar fi dat dovadă de bunăvoință. Din păcate, nu pot recomanda această unitate, deși locația și personalul de recepție păreau inițial amabili.
