A fair priced, elegant hotel with a lovely garden in central Nice
Pros:

We love this hotel and especially the garden rooms which escape the traffic noise. It is well located midway between the Station and the Sea, and close to buses and the metro to the airport. Staff are delightful.

We liked it
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, at a crossroads, but quiet. The reception staff was friendly and quickly resolved the parking issue for our minibus.
The room was small, but warm. The breakfasts were delicious. We liked it.

Pros:

The staff was professional and friendly. They rectified a situation where we got an unpleasant smelling room that didn't look like the one in the ads by offering a slightly better room. They have a sauna and a small gym.

Cons:

The less expensive rooms look nothing like the pictures. They're worn down and not the cleanest. The toilet/shower has a really bad smell in some rooms.

Pros:

Some things were very good, but for the cost you could reasonably expect at least this. Some of the staff were great, but an angry cleaner looking at me after entering a room, before 9.00am with a “do not disturb “ sign on mthe door saying: “ready? angrily - while I’m in a towel - I’ll be back in 10 minutes” was really not ok, anywhere, anytime ….they work super hard, deal with everyone’s mess, but this wa so just not ok

I loved my stay at Le Windsor and I will return.
Pros:

The property was central to the activities that we wanted to do. I loved the jungle. Having a glass of wine in the evening in the jungle was a pleasure. The bed was comfortable. Our room was very quiet, but we could also look out from a Juliet balcony and enjoy the going on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with them every day.
