Es un alojamiento que no está preparado para recibir gente mayor o con movilidad reducida. La habitación se encuentra en un segundo piso y la escalera no tiene barandas. La piscina no tiene escaleras y a pesar que no es muy profunda resulta difícil entrar y muy difícil salir para alguien mayor.

- Rooms spotless. The bed sheets and linen were very soft and luxurious
-Water dispenser in the room, coffee pod restocked every morning.

- Food delicious. One of the best burgers I have ever had, cooked to perfection.

- TP8 pizza bar, couple of cafes, Soda playa hermosa and a mini mart were all a 10/15 minute walk away in playa hermosa (either along the beach or up the road) which was much more quiet than santa teresa. We had been travelling for 10 days prior to this, so if it's a peaceful beach resort that you want then this is definitely the place
These aren't criticisms that had any detriment to our stay, just a few little points that could help really perfect the execution of the hotel! We absolutely loved our time here.
- Could do with just 2 more sun loungers around the pool. When non-hotel residents paid for a daily pass it meant that some hotel guests did not have somewhere to sit. We didn't have this issue but saw others that did.
- The staff at the beach bar are all very friendly and really helpful, but there were a few occasions where it took a while for them to come and initially take orders.
- Last orders for food at the beach bar are at 7:30pm. Was not a problem for us as we had got used to waking up early and going to bed earlier. This could be extended to 8:00pm at least.
- When eating at the beach bar restaurant and having paid ~£25 per main meal, the staff should wait half an hour to start removing all of the chairs and beach loungers around you. It slightly takes away from the experience at this price point and would just help elevate the hotel that little extra bit.
It was my first time in Santa Teresa, and the staff went about and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assist in anyway they could. The villa and property was absolutely stunning!
The hotel boasts an incredible beachfront location with a beautifully designed, modern beach club where breakfast is served — the perfect way to start the day. The spacious, newly renovated rooms are thoughtfully designed, featuring a perfect balance of modern and minimal interiors. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay, while the bathrooms, also newly renovated with high-end finishes, add a touch of elegance.
The outdoor cold plunge offers a refreshing experience, while the exceptional service from the staff makes the stay even more memorable. Blue Mist Hotel delivers a carefully curated, high-end escape, making it the ideal destination for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Santa Teresa.
Absolutely loved the location, beautiful rooms, beech and great food and drinks at the resteraunt. It’s a perfect spot to watch sunset and close to the beech for surfing!
It was our honeymoon and they also organised a lovely bottle of rose in our room on arrival!
A few points to consider if you stay here - the resteraunt closes at 730 which is super early meaning you need to drive into town! Ideally the hotel should close the restaurant at a normal time like 9/10pm! Apparently there is a nightclub but it wasn’t open when we were there as everything closed super early!
I also think facilities like the spa and yoga classes should be included in the price of rooms (which are very expensive)!
Finally compared to other spots we visited in Costa Rica the service was not as great, some staff were not as welcoming and also a bit slow! However we are aware they were training new staff as they went into the high season
