Mooi hotel met veel potentie, nu het geld niet waard.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel qua uiterlijk en de kamers zijn netjes en ruim en echt heerlijk om in te verblijven. Daarnaast is het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt aan het strand en dat is niet veel zo in deze omgeving en dus bijzonder aan dit hotel ook! Restaurant is op het strand en daar is ook het ontbijt wat leuk is. We hebben echt wel genoten in dit hotel.

Cons:

De vibe. Het had een in potentie heerlijk ontspannend hotel kunnen zijn waar je kon genieten van de natuur en de rust. In plaats daarvan probeerden ze op het strand een soort club vibe te creëren door de hele dag lang (vanaf de ochtend) techno muziek te draaien op grote boxen die net te hard staan, waardoor je niet rustig op het strand kan lezen zonder de constante beat te horen. Bij het zwembad is het overigens wel rustig, maar als je een strandhotel boekt hoop je ook daar lekker te kunnen liggen. In het weekend is er daadwerkelijk een feest op het strand waar volgens mij daggasten langskomen die zich misdragen . Je zou graag in het hotel blijven eten (want het centrum is een stuk verderop en niet loopbaar), maar door voorgaande voel je je toch verplicht om ergens anders heen te gaan. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen, maar niet alle keuzes zijn inbegrepen, er zijn er een paar waar je extra voor moet betalen. En dat terwijl de prijs al enorm hoog is. Wat ook bijzonder is (maar mij persoonlijk niet stoorde), was dat het een adults only hotel is maar er op zondag wel een family brunch wordt georganiseerd volledig gericht op kindervermaak.

Fantástico lugar

La habitación espectacular. De paso nos hicieron un upgrade La playa vecina es excelente.

Cons:

Estábamos solos en el hotel porque es temporada baja y entonces estaba casi todo cerrado pero tal vez eso no es algo negativo porque era todo para nosotros

La ubicación es perfecta y todos muy amables. La comida muy rica.

Es un alojamiento que no está preparado para recibir gente mayor o con movilidad reducida. La habitación se encuentra en un segundo piso y la escalera no tiene barandas. La piscina no tiene escaleras y a pesar que no es muy profunda resulta difícil entrar y muy difícil salir para alguien mayor.

Beautiful, relaxing stay
Pros:

- Breakfast options were all very tasty
- Rooms spotless. The bed sheets and linen were very soft and luxurious
-Water dispenser in the room, coffee pod restocked every morning.
- Very quiet in the room and around the pool
- Food delicious. One of the best burgers I have ever had, cooked to perfection.
- Front desk staff super helpful
- Beautiful rooms and hotel grounds
- TP8 pizza bar, couple of cafes, Soda playa hermosa and a mini mart were all a 10/15 minute walk away in playa hermosa (either along the beach or up the road) which was much more quiet than santa teresa. We had been travelling for 10 days prior to this, so if it's a peaceful beach resort that you want then this is definitely the place

Cons:

These aren't criticisms that had any detriment to our stay, just a few little points that could help really perfect the execution of the hotel! We absolutely loved our time here.

- Could do with just 2 more sun loungers around the pool. When non-hotel residents paid for a daily pass it meant that some hotel guests did not have somewhere to sit. We didn't have this issue but saw others that did.
- The staff at the beach bar are all very friendly and really helpful, but there were a few occasions where it took a while for them to come and initially take orders.
- Last orders for food at the beach bar are at 7:30pm. Was not a problem for us as we had got used to waking up early and going to bed earlier. This could be extended to 8:00pm at least.
- When eating at the beach bar restaurant and having paid ~£25 per main meal, the staff should wait half an hour to start removing all of the chairs and beach loungers around you. It slightly takes away from the experience at this price point and would just help elevate the hotel that little extra bit.
