Almost there
Pros:

Pretty close to the Pekoe trail (the bus can take you back and forth to the trail, 3 km away) and with a view of a hill and lake. Nice staff. Hot shower.
Great buffet lunch and breakfast.

Cons:

Spotty WiFi, light switches were behind the TV, tv remote didn't work.

Pros:

Beautiful room with tons of windows and nice lighting and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They helped us get to a good pharmacy when we needed it and were just really nice to chat with. The room and bed is super comfy as well!

The food was also delicious!

Great Place, Great People. Had A Great Stay.
Pros:

Value for money with a special discounted rate I received through booking.com. Very friendly staff at Hill Cool and quality food. I enjoyed a lot the surrounding, great weather and breathtaking mountain views.

Cons:

Little noisy during at night.

It was such a wonderful place to stay. The Owner took us on a hike. The staff were very attentive.

Pros:

Personál byl extrémně vstřícný, pomohli mi naprosto se vším, co bylo potřeba. Potřebovala jsem pracovat a trochu jsem bojovala s pripojenim k internetu, dokonce mi půjčili wifi router až na pokoj!

Cons:

Pokud potřebujete na spaní opravdu ticho, je lepší mít u sebe špunty do uší. Večer byla dole hudba dost hlasitá.

Genuineness and trust is important above money.
Cons:

The management is not genuine at all. I didn't get the suit I booked, they pleased and I accepted a different room. At the end they charged same price though they agreed to reduce it. It's not the money but the trust. This insincere behaviour is really disappointing.
