A charming stay near central Dublin
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room with a garden view. Nice and quiet. The suburb is lovely and it’s walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes, and downtown. It has free parking.

Cons:

A bit overpriced for the space/amenities compared to other places we stayed all around Ireland.

Pros:

Bellissimo quartiere, edificio georgiano elegante e accogliente, sicuramente un bel biglietto da visita per entrare nel mood romantico della città

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, camera confortevole, caffè e tè a disposizione, manca solo l’offerta di una colazione inclusa ma non è necessariamente una carenza, in questo caso è una scelta, e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e caffè bellissimi e di ottimo livello

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

The room was nice and well-equipped, with a small fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The beds were comfortable, and there was also a TV. The space was quiet, with no loud noise. The location was convenient, right next to a bus stop, with several nice cafés, restaurants, and a large Tesco nearby. The staff were friendly and baggage storage was also available.

Cons:

We were unable to open the window in our room, so we needed to change rooms. Additionally, we experienced some issues with the heating, as the AC was not working properly, and had to contact reception several times to have it fixed.

Decepcionante: habitación muy ruidosa y en mal estado

El hall es precioso, el personal muy amable y la ubicación no está mal.

Cons:

La habitación asignada no debería considerarse apta para huéspedes. Planta baja con ventana directa a un patio con andamios, los porticones no tapaban del todo la ventana y tuvimos que cubrirlas con toallas para tener intimidad y bloquear un poco la luz. Extremadamente ruidoso, sin ningún tipo de aislamiento y pegada a la lavandería, con vibraciones tremendas de las lavadoras y secadoras. La reserva se hizo con más de 6 meses de antelación y se pidió expresamente una habitación silenciosa NO situada en la planta baja. Por otra parte, las ventanas estaban MUY sucias y la habitación tenía desconchones, parecía la habitación de un motel.
