A comfortable place to stay, recommended for families and there is peace and quiet at night.
Pros:

My family and I, a total of 6 people, first stayed at this homestay for 2 nights and 3 days in DEC 2025. This is a suitable place to bring families.

The best thing is, it was easy to deal with when checking in and checking out, at that time I was from Brunei and came to this homestay at 11 pm, at that time I had already arrived late at night..at that time, I had to ask the Homestay Host where to check in and where to park my car to drop off my bags from the car near the elevator. but this Homestay Host quickly shared a good response, even though it was late at night.

From the large window in the living room.. you can see the beauty of the scenery in the morning and at night.

It has 2 bathrooms, so you don't have to fight for who will take a shower first.

There are 3x big beds making the room comfortable, strong wifi, there is a mini kitchen near the living room with sofa chair

When it's night time, if you feel hungry...I enjoy walking with my family in just 2 to 3 minutes in front of the hotel, there are food stalls at KotaKinabalu City Night Market, many vendors selling various kinds of food and in addition there are also busking singing songs, making the atmosphere lively.

Cons:

There is no problem with the place to stay, only that this homestay room is close to the swimming pool, when in the morning... when you want to go to the elevator, you have to be careful because children who have just finished swimming, with wet bodies, run towards the elevator, making the floor leading to the elevator quite slippery.

Sorry in comments a lot here. Anyway, thank you for the house in my family vacation.
Pros:

Car park, strategic location, faster lift, water dispenser, hairdryer, fridge, kids pool, good house lighting, toilet got air ventilator, good view.

Cons:

Matters that need to improve:
Slippery toilet tiles, no divider between bath and potty in both toilet, broken leather sofa, need dustbin and hand wash for both toilet, the small room's aircond not in good condition whereas it feel hot and the net inside full of dust (and the floor comeout water, maybe got leaking), both of the room cupboard not in good condition, not enough spoon, bath's sink at Masterbed room flow away with a bit slow.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable - just a few minor repairs needed, but everything else was great!
Pros:

I love it! The location is easy to access, close to the mall and food court. The place itself is very convenient, and the air-conditioning works perfectly.

Cons:

Just a few things to improve:
1. The bathroom door in the bedroom is a bit hard to close and needs to be pushed firmly.
2. The drain and sink are quite slow, and the water gets clogged easily.
3. The water dispenser is not working.

Nice place for a short stay in KL
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable (great beds!) place. Located near good nightmarket and great D’riverside Food Centre. Walking distance from waterfront. Nice little pool on the rooftop. Clean sheets and towels.

Cons:

The mold/fungus on the walls. Kitchenette wasn’t in a good condition. The place could still be good with some refreshing done, because it’s quite worn out.

Convenable, des petites choses pourraient être améliorées.
Pros:

L'emplacement est pratique, proche de toutes les commodités. Vue sur la ville.
La taille de l'appartement.
Réactivité de l'hôte par message.
Logement BnB avec accès aux espaces d'un hôtel (piscine, salle de sport, restaurant en supplément)

Cons:

La propreté n'est pas au rdv dans la cuisine.
Peu d'équipements et ceux-ci ne sont pas fonctionnels ou sont sales (par ex. que 4 fourchettes et 3 cuillères, 3 chaises salle à manger, pas de torchon, 1 seule poêle/casserole, un grille pain sale et qui brûle les toasts, bouilloire dont le couvercle ne ferme pas, distributeur d'eau HS, des bouteilles nous ont été fournies l'avant dernier jour). Manque d'espace dans la cuisine. Beaucoup de fourmis. Le petit bout de balcon a été aménagé en buanderie, c'est dommage car il n'est du coup plus accessible.
Cher pour les prestations fournies.
