Would definitely come again
Pros:

Location just outside the old town, about 15 minute walk if that. Lots of places to eat nearby. Also enjoyed the pool

Второй раз в этом отеле. В 2020 году мне здесь очень понравилось, в этот раз мнение особо не изменилось, но отель слегка устал))) Самое главное достоинство, это место расположения. Цена слишком завышена, но это из-за места, наверное. В остальном он не стоит этих денег(

Нет русского канала по TV, у бассейна мало лежаков.

Wonderful little family run hotel, where you will feel welcomed and cared for from the moment you step in.
Perfect location, in walking distance to the old town and all the local attractions. Clean, large rooms and comfy beds.
Our breakfast was cooked to order; we had a really delicious Pho - please do go out of your comfort zone and try it, otherwise chef will happily cook eggs/toast etc for you.
Helen and Hien are super helpful and there to help with everything you need. Hien will greet you and give lots of helpful information in terms of local attractions, sightseeing and ways to get cheaper deals.
My Mum and I had had the most amazing stay at this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book in Hoi An.

A little dissapointed
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No Tv. Dissapointed.. There was one in the room, but it didn't work. I asked them to sort it out after 15 minutes. i was told no more tv. Thete was no hot water after leaving the shower running for well over five minutes.
It was clean, but it was dated.

Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to market and riverside. Great little family run eatery jut down the road and minimart 20m away Staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious room

Cons:

Some maintenance issues, mist of which were fixed in a timely manner. Beds hard.

The most comfortable stay we’ve had in our 7 weeks in Vietnam.
Pros:

We like the whole feel of the place. Beautiful lighting & cozy & colourful furniture. It is spotless clean & you’re given the option to have your room cleaned every day if you wish. All the staff are very helpful & smiling. Hien & Helen are exceptionally friendly & helpful & they make you feel very welcome. I hope management appreciates them very much as they’re gold worth for the hotel.

Cons:

The internet is frequently cutting out & it would’ve been nice with a few more English tv channels but that is all minor stuff.

Le personnel de l'accueil est très réactif et donne de bons conseils pour les excursions.
L'emplacement, pas très loin du centre ville.

Cons:

Le matelas est vraiment très dur. Mal au dos.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet.
Juste un café et un choix.
Il faut mettre l'annonce sur Booking à jour.

Pros:

Staff were exceptional and were always there to help, give advice or just give you a warm greeting. The area was also really good because it was a little bit away from the crowds in the old town but close enough to only take 5 mins to get to the middle. Rooms were really big and beds were firm but I like firm beds so all good.

Cons:

TV didn't offer much in English but definitely wasn't a big issue for me

Loved our stay at this hotel! Helen from the reception completely stole my heart – she is so kind and welcoming.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. The room was excellent, clean, and very comfortable.

The location is great – quiet but only about a 7-minute walk to the center, and there are also plenty of restaurants and cafés around the hotel. Highly recommend! ✨

Durante questo secondo soggiorno mi sono spostata al 4 piano. Nn c'e l'ascensore e per me nn è stato un grande problema anche perché la valigia te la portano loro. La camera ancora migliore dell'altra mentre per il bagno rimange il discorso già fatto, che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. In generale la struttura é molto bella ed é in una posizione strategica: vicino alla old town ma fuori dalla confusione. Staff cordiale in particolarecla sorridente Hien

Il fatto di nn poter fare colazione: soprattutto facendo delle escursioni che partono presto, sarebbe stato comodo poter usufruire del servizio colazione

Pros:

The staff were exceptional especially Hien. After a mix up with our room, partly my fault, Hien went over and beyond to make us so comfortable and happy.
