Hotel nuovo e ben tenuto, pulito. Camere ampie e bagni nuovi. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno tenuto per tre giorni le valigie mentre eravamo al Salar. Colazione buona.
La zona, per quanto centrale, dista comunque una mezzoretta in teleferico dal centro storico e dalla zona sud più occidentale e con ristoranti di alto livello.
La struttura si trova in un centro commerciale. È comunque comodo se si avesse bisogno di un pasto veloce in un fast food.
Some people of the staff were really kind and friendly.
Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the high price of the hotel. There were simply too many issues that should not occur at this price level. First and almost: the hotel sauna did not work during my stay, which I would expect to be available in a spa hotel. That's why I initially booked the place.
The elevators were a particular problem. You often had to wait an extremely long time, especially when staying on the 12th floor. This was particularly frustrating in the mornings and afternoons, when the building is also heavily used by offices. For a hotel of this size and price category, the elevator service is clearly insufficient.
The breakfast service was also far below expectations. On one occasion, I waited a long time for my eggs, and at times no one was available to take orders. This made the whole breakfast experience unnecessarily frustrating.
I also find it unacceptable that no complimentary bottle of water is provided every day, especially given the room rate. Instead, guests are expected to purchase water from the minibar. At this price level, providing drinking water should be a basic courtesy, not an opportunity to generate additional revenue.
The communication with guests was another disappointment. In the room, you can see a message warning me that I would have to pay if I stained a towel. This is not the kind of communication one expects from a high-end hotel and certainly does not create a welcoming atmosphere. At the same time, my bathrobe was sometimes not replaced, despite having been used.
I was also offered a smaller room, which was surprising and disappointing given the price I had paid.
Finally, despite having requested the invoice in advance, I was initially unable to receive it and had to ask again before it was provided.
Overall, I expected significantly more for the price. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor, but taken together they gave the impression that the hotel is

No me sentía tranquila con gente que no se hospeda ahí, caminando por todos lados. Entiendo lo de las convenciones y congresos y eventos pero eso debería controlarse.
Chambre super propre et confortable, avec produits et literie adaptée. Super petit déjeuner également.
Nous pensions pouvoir accéder à un Spa, puisque c'est écrit dans le titre de l'hôtel. Malheureusement il n'était pas ouvert/en travaux.
Everything! Nice staff, nice rooms, good breakfast, great location, close to city center in a quaint area of La Paz and less than 1/2 a block from the cable-car system that takes you everywhere 30 cents a ride!
Great location in the centre and Daniel was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Room was light and airy.
Breakfast was noisy and busy when big groups are in.
