Je regrette lá note de trois étoiles, car cet hotel est de piètre qualité.

RIEN Le personnel de la réception est d'une impolitesse totale. Je suis arrivée très tard à l'hôtel suite à un problème à l'aéroport. J'étais accompagnée de mon fils, et la réceptionniste a refusé de l'autoriser à s'enregistrer pour m'aider, alors même que je venais de subir une opération. Un enregistrement de plus de cinq minutes n'était autorisé qu'après paiement d'un supplément pour qu'il puisse m'accompagner et m'assister dans mes soins quotidiens.

Localização e limpeza ... acho que por ser um hotel de trânsito devido o aeroporto deveria ter uma flexibilidade maior nos horários de fechamento das diárias.

O custo da tarifa por entrar 4 horas antes das 12:00h e tive que pagar 1/2 diária a mais
