We were in the area to see the lake and town.

Pros:

I loved the suite we stayed in! very clean and comfortable!

Cons:

not much not to like. there's always room for improvement. There should be free coffee in the front desk area as an alternative to whats in the rooms. also the desk employees should describe the restaurants and a little about the resort. information about where things are. like the ice machine too.

Pros:

staff was nice, we were there for a wedding.

Cons:

Our bedding had dog hair on it. which got on my black dress that I was wearing for a wedding that was at hotel. The staff fixed it right away and changed the bedding. My sister got food poising from the burger in the sports bar.

Fair value clean room definitely would come back
Cons:

I came down to book my room for another night on Saturday at 8:30 AM when they said they open I had a way to half hour to book that room and I just wanted to go back to my room and take a shower. The attendant was busy that being said I didn’t wanna take my date to the restaurant because I was also afraid of bad service so I never tried the food here.

Silencio,limpio,higiénico,

Cons:

El tanque del agua del toilet,efectúa descargas como si se vaciara,ello interrumpe el descanso .
Falta de DESAYUNO en el lugar,al menos CAFÉ y DONUTS .
No hay información de dónde encontrar desayunos .

Pros:

Nice property. Nice restaurant on premises. Best truffle fries!

Cons:

Cold shower. Had to call desk and let them know. Water heater needed to re lit. They fixed it.
