Wir waren glaube ich die einzigen im Hotel, das Zimmer war auch sauber und hatte genug Platz

Cons:

Neben dem Hotel hatte es von morgens bis abends gebohrt. Es hat sich angehört als würden die Leute direkt durch die Wand kommen. Nach der 1. Nacht konnten wir es nicht mehr ertragen

Brilliant value for money room
Pros:

We stayed here for a couple hours before our trip on the bay and it was absolutely perfect. Beds are super comfy, check in was easy (even at 3am), very basic but INSANE value for money

Nightmare Stay: Lack of Reception, WiFi Woes, and Neighbor's Rescue

The room was comfortable and had all the basics needed.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived expecting a warm welcome, however, we found a desolate place with no reception staff in sight. After waiting for almost an hour, we were rescued by the friendly receptionist from the neighboring hotel, who had to intervene to assist us.

It's understandable that during the low season operations may be limited, but even under such circumstances, guests deserve at least a minimum level of attention and guidance. The state of the reception and hotel corridors left much to be desired, adding to our disillusionment.

Furthermore, the WiFi stopped working without warning in the afternoon, and we had no one to turn to for help. Once again, the staff from the neighboring hotel came to our rescue and helped us communicate with the management of this establishment.

In summary, I would not recommend this place to any traveler. If they are not willing to provide adequate service or accommodate guests, I firmly believe they should consider temporarily closing the hotel until they can offer a satisfactory experience. I hope this review is helpful to future visitors and to the improvement of the establishment.
