Right in the heart of the IT Park and a minutes walk to Sugbo Merchado (a food square with around 30 to 50 different choices of food). The apartment also has a fridge and small kitchenette for preparing or warming up a meal.
Even tho it’s on the 11th floor there was still a bit of road noise and honking horns but not too bad unless you’re a really light sleeper
