LONG STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests who are booked from 19 nights and up are required to deposit P5,000 before arrival

Early check in/late check out fee:
P100 per hour before 3pm check in and after 11am check out. Depends on availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Amazed by the property! Right in the middle of IT Park, walk to big mall, across Sugbo Mercado Food market plus a nice pool in the bldg. I would definitely come back!

Pros:

the location is great. everything is one stwp away.

Cons:

the staff of the hotel, very hard to understand, so unpleasant when they talk.. poor instructions. i had to come back twice to understand that unit 825 is in the opposite side of the normal following order and it's actually next to 805 ( no sense, but easy if they only specify since NO ONE WILL WANT TO COME WITH YOU)

Decent room for a decent price
Pros:

The apartment itself is nice, comfortable, and has everything you need. The hosts were very helpful any time I needed something. The location is amazing, in IT Park, overlooking Sugbo Mercado. There are loads of food options just steps away. The pool is very nice.

Cons:

The windows don't open very wide, making air conditioning your only good option for cooling the apartment. The building has no gym.

Pros:

Excellent location as it’s just right in front of Sugbo Merkado. I highly recommend this place if you are arriving late and will need few bites before going to sleep.

Cons:

Overall a good stay and very good value for money. Shower head and aircon could use updating, but if you are particular with then there shouldn’t be a problem.
