Good stay, personell not friendly or welcoming/helpfull.
Pros:

Beautiful place, nice rooms

Cons:

Personell is like a group of zombies or robots. Requests (and I’m not asking for strange or excessive things) even a milliliter outside the menu or offerings weren’t possible. One example, try to order something from the night roomservice menu at 22.50: not possible because that’s only from 23.00 till 6.00. My god…

Super fijn hotel
Pros:

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. De kamers waren mooi en schoon, precies zoals je hoopt wanneer je aankomt. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Wat we iets minder vonden, is dat er bij een hotel van deze klasse geen vorm van “welkom terug” was, terwijl we slechts een week later opnieuw verbleven. Een klein gebaar of erkenning bij terugkomst had zeker gewaardeerd geweest en had het verblijf nog specialer kunnen maken.

super verblijf gehad ontbrak ons aan niks.
Pros:

we zijn twee nachten gebleven de kamer was echt super het personeel erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was super. het rook erg lekker overal.

We loved staying at Van Oys Maastricht. It is an extremely elegant hotel, with a very professional staff, high end luxury in every aspect.

Am Ende eines Tollen Wohnmobil Urluabs ein schöner Abschluss im Oys

Hervorragende Essen, sowohl im Restaurant Maes als auch das outstanding Frühstück. Der Service war in beiden Restaurants auch sehr, sehr gut. Geschultes Personal, die Kundenwünsche erkennen und erfüllen -> eine Wohltat - danke. Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön und wohltuend

Zimmer in Richtung Norden mit vorgelagerter Heizungsanlage -> laut. Der Balkon, naja, war eher ein französischer Balkon. Obwohl das Oys Hotel nagelneu ist, wirkt es hier und da schon ‚in die Jahre gekommen‘, leider. Der Hotelbetrieb hat noch Luft nach oben -> Leading Hotel of the World zu werden. Dennoch: wir kommen wieder

Pros:

Echt goed personeel, ontvangst was heel fijn. De faciliteiten zijn goed, was onder de indruk van de gym. Prima kamer, ruim en goed ingedeeld.
