Happy Holiday Cascais - Home

Muitas pessoas para pouco banheiro, são 4 quartos, todos para mais do que 1 pessoas e tem apenas 1 banheiro com chuveiro. Tivemos que esperar bastante tempo para tomar banho, e quando conseguimos, banheiro extremamente molhado, sem saída do vapor e sem exaustor. Não havia tapete.
Havia outro banheiro, com apenas a privada. Mas para a felicidade, a privada não tinha água (mesmo ao abrir o registro).

The place is disgusting and nothing like the pictures. It is dirty, smelly and there's a lot of mold in the main bathroom (not shown in the pictures). Other roommates which seemed to be renting for longer term were disgusting (noisy, leaving dishes/food in the kitchen for over a day). The rooms are not isolated, we could hear everything from the other rooms. It was complicated to get self check-in info from the owner (we had to call 2x) he even asked us to pay an additional 2€/person/night which was not part of our booking.

ATTENTION - OVERBOOKING

I had booked this property with a couple of months in advance of my trip to go to an event in Cascais and when I arrived there the place was full. They tried to relocate me in several places outside Cascais. Do not make a reservation at this place, my trip has become a nightmare.

A chave do quarto estava na porta, e não numa caixa quando eu cheguei o que significa que qualquer um podia ter acedido lá
Nunca tive contacto físico com nenhum funcionario
Não respondem sempre por WhatsApp
Pediram para deixar 2€ em cima da mesa de taxa turística??? Quando já tinha pago o imposto municipal?

Tudo péssimo e sujo uma roubalheira as fotos do Booking não são as mesmas que o local , sítio péssimo, casa de banho completamente suja nojo, toalhas horríveis. Tudo um nojo que decepção com o Booking.

It was hard to find it. I thought it would have someone to meet me, but I also didn't read the messages in advance. There was no sign outside of the building.

Je n’ai pas pu rester dans la chambre que j’ai loué tellement e elle était sale , je ne comprends même pas comment peut on louer en endroit pareil , le lit était sale des cheveux et des taches jaunes sur les draps , la sale de bain immonde de saleté, la cuisine pleine de crasse, cuisinière inutilisable car à gaz et le four n’avait même pas de fond , les produit d’entretien mélangés à de la vaisselle qui était celle-ci rangé déjà avec des serviettes de toilette … quand je suis arrivée la porte de l’appartement était ouverte en grand , la chambre avait une seule clé déjà inséree dans la serrure n’importe qui peut y avoir accès, donc aucune sécurité, les photos qui sont sur le site sont trompeuses , je pense qu’une visite des autorités compétentes serait nécessaire , un vrai cauchemar, je ne recommande certainement pas cette adresse
