I've spent the last three years traveling to the Philippines multiple times per year for work, and I've stayed in a wide variety of hotels. This one was by far the worst one.

The hotel is, hands down, FILTHY.
Everything is covered in mold, grime, dead bugs, dog urine and cat poop, to the point that it is a health hazard. We rented several rooms, and they were all in similar condition. Here's what I found in JUST my room:

Bathroom: Toilet leaking into shower (have to stand in puddle of toilet water to shower). Mirror covered in toothpaste and splash marks and damaged. Sink, toilet, shower, fixtures, walls and floor all rusted and stained. Toilet paper holder and toilet lid broken. No hot water. Hair and dirt on floor. Shower shelf was so dirty I could draw on it with my finger. Towels very stained and so worn out that you can see through them. Towels smell bad. The bathroom door was smashed around the handle and held together with clear packing tape.

Main room: Ceiling covered in mold and water stains. Walls moldy and stained and chipped. Nightstand drawer full of mold. Cabinet hinges ripped out and doors hanging. Window boarded up with steel bar and exposed wires inside room. Filth everywhere. AC moldy and filters caked with dirt. Sheets stained. Pillows and mattress full of mold (could smell it as soon as I pulled the blanket back). Desk, TV, windowsill, every other surface dirty. All floor corners dirty. There was only one outlet in the whole room and it had no ground. The only lock on the door was a cheap little push button lol that can be easily opened from the outside of the room. There's no deadbolt, peep hole, or chain. **Several of the rooms have bolts on the OUTSIDE of the door, hope that helps you sleep at night.**

Hotel property: pool is green and so filthy that you can't see the bottom. Pool stairs are chipped and broken with sharp edges.
