The view. The balcony.
The sliding glass door to the balcony did not slide well. The TV channels were mainly streamed and so we couldn't get the channels I normally watch (ESPN, CNN, etc.).
So convenient to all Galveston has to offer. Great amenities. Pools, spas, cinema room, beach access.
A little too much light in the primary bedroom

The Penthouse was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and had everything you would need. We had a fun time in the games room as a family and enjoyed our walk on the beach.

Price, although worth it, is at our top end price we can afford.

Everything
The pictures show you everything! You can sit on the large patio and watch the pelicans and birds flying just above. There were 6 of us and we loved this stay! The two chaise lounge chairs were good to sleep on too as we all had a few naps on them! The outdoors area is large and we could all relax there easily. Access to the beach was easy.
All the amenities you could want are there at Diamond Beach. The only thing I would have liked it a rectangular table that sat all 6 of us. We played games (4 people) so the round was good for that.
The lazy river was good but the hot tub was even better. Because our winds were 27mph with a 39mph gust, (good Ole Mother Nature at her finest), the hot tub sits back from the pool and is shielded from the winds. It was a perfect temperature an clean. The whole area is very clean and kept in good standings. I noticed they even got new floats for the lazy river. The old ones from last year were black and very large. Rubbed the back of my heel but the new ones are just perfect for any sized person.
The communication was Superior and Aaron was very quick to respond to any of my questions. He is a good Host and has a lovely penthouse. Nothing could have been better. Thank you for sharing your lovely Penthouse with us!

Beautiful property with elegant decor and an Amazing view. We also loved having access to the heated pool.
The location to the beach was perfect!
The shower was great but a tad too slippery for an elderly family member. I placed a towel on the floor to prevent a fall. Having a shower chair available was wonderful & very appreciated.
Location, facilities, cleanliness, comfort and finish are top drawer and the host could not have been more helpful. The westerly facing balcony catches the sun from late morning till glorious sunset.
