Pros:

Spacious and Complete kitchen amenities

Cons:

No complimentart soap and comfort was divided due to noticed cracks in the side walls. Please check and inspect for safety

It was generally okay. Value for money.
Pros:

Good location because it was just walking distance from Abreeza Mall. Host was very attentive.

Cons:

Power outlet near the microwave was defective, no trash bin inside the room, intercom was not functioning and very basic bathroom with no floor towel or mat.

The facilities were average, there are better available for the price in Davao.
Pros:

The room was clean and convenient to the Abreeza Mall.

Cons:

The swimming pool that was advertised did not allow kids. (Adults Only)
The excercise facilities were not available to "short term" ( 2 weeks) guests.
Never was able to connect to WIFI.

Very good
Pros:

I loved that the building has great security. The unit is very clean, smelled great, and it’s very near the mall.

Cons:

Abreeza mall is packed with vehicles so traffic can be bad during rush hour. The great thing is that the guards helped me get a cab.
