White Lotus - Heritage Hotel

A good location for peace yet close to where it’s happening! Clean and well managed with super staff.

Beautiful little hotel - room and bathroom are beautifully designed. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom super clean. I love the various local options we get to pick for breakfast. The staffs were attentive and helpful. I was helped a lot by An and Vy during my stay there, who are super kind and friendly. I picked this place because I had work nearby, so the location was perfect for that. If you’re in Vietnam for tourist attractions, you’d probably have to take motorbike or car ride to get to those destinations. But the White Lotus hotel is located in a very local place, not far from a big market too. So if you’re the type that likes to be surrounded by the lovely locals, this is perfect for that. And lastly, even though it’s an area that is very local, the hotel is tucked away on an alley so it is quiet and you don’t hear the noise of the street so much. I absolutely love it.

Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti all'hotel e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La struttura è pulita e si trova in un vicolo lontano dal caos dove è possibile dormire in tranquillità.
La camera è molto ampia ed è dotata di un bel bagno e aria condizionata. Forniti asciugamani morbidissimi e accappatoi.
Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza di Thanh An che è davvero una persona meravigliosa ed estremamente disponibile per tutto. Ci ha aiutato a cambiare i soldi, ci ha portato i vestiti in lavanderia e ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni. Una persona unica e speciale che ricorderemo per sempre per la sua gentilezza.
La struttura non si trova in pieno centro, bisogna camminare circa 20min ma con un taxi si arriva in meno di 7. Il quartiere in cui è inserita è molto caotico e popolare (non in senso offensivo): noi lo abbiamo apprezzato perché abbiamo potuto cogliere la quotidianità della gente fin dalle prime ore dell'alba.

Kameralny obiekt, idealny do zwiedzania Ho Chi Minh. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzatane, codziennie wymieniane reczniki. Sniadanie do wyboru dzien wczesniej na zamowienie i rano przygotowywane, super kawa. Najwiekszym atutem jest zaloga pracownicy, usmiechni, uprzejmi, mili, cos pieknego. Ho Phi, Thanh An dziekujemy byliscie super. W ostatni dzien corka zostawila sluchawki do telefonu w pokoju jak wrocilismy po bagaze to Ho Phi nam je szybko przyniosl z usmiechem inaczej by zostaly. Super zaloga, brawo. Thanh An ogarnal nam wycieczki w sajgonie, wszystko super.

Le réceptionniste An est vraiment très sympathique, tout au long du séjour il était aux petits soins avec nous. L’hôtel est très propre et dans une rue très calme sans bruit la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, super.

The location and facility was absolutely amazing. Quiet in the center and with such a great design and lighting. Loved it. Staff was also amazing and always there, contactable via whatsapp and supportive.

We arrived late after a long flight and were greeted by the friendliest of welcomes. I had an amazing sleep in the large comfortable bed with soft Cotten linen and the perfect doona to match the necessary aircon

Super friendly staff, rooms very clean

Joli petit îlot de calme dans un quartier animé. Jolie chambre avec balcon, vue rue , petite mais avec tout le confort nécessaire , dans une ambiance cosy. Le personnel etait au petit soin pour nous. Than An toujours attentionné et souriant, attentif au bien-être des clients, ainsi que Phi. Agréable séjour

A lovely hotel with a great location. The courtyard is clean and quiet, with no disturbances. The breakfasts are delicious, and you can choose them in the evening, and they will be prepared for you just before breakfast. The staff is friendly, helpful, and tactful, and they are available 24/7. Special thanks to An, who is a fantastic receptionist!

Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Betten waren extrem bequem. Das schöne Hotel liegt in einem belebten Stadtviertel, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

Breakfast was amazing and the reception guy was fantastic with us. He was very helpful and made breakfast beautifully.
