Not gappy with service provided by property manager.
Pros:

Location of property is excellent

Cons:

Not spotlessly clean.
Pillows poor quality.
Fuse blew every time the dryer switched on.
Wet sheets and towels in washing machine when we arrived.
Iron had burn stains thus burnt my skirt.

Beware of this property manager:
I had originally booked a much nicer apartment in a different building but was given this one instead, with only one night of compensation offered. This falls far short of what I believe is fair and deserved.
