Clean tidy and quite

The screen door wouldn't stay open to allow you to bring in your lugage

Pros:

That it was very quiet. Not much road noise.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. And no air flow in the bedroom's. A second bathmat would be great

It was o.k. but lacked some basic extras in the rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast N / A. It was clean and had all the basic equipment in the rooms.
Lovely painting of the Murray River, handy to Mildura.

Cons:

There was no extra table in the kitchen,no table in the bedroom and nohanging space in shower or in the bathroom or anything to put clothes on. I took in the outside tab,and chairs and utilised them in the rooms.

comfortable stay close to town
Pros:

location was good and everything in town was in easy reach, air-conditioning was excellent, and kitchen was well supplied with crockery and equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to stay an extra night.

Cons:

not much space around the double bed in the adult/ parents room. bathroom vanity could do with a refresh and was looking very tired and worn.
