Very good choice--excellent facilities, great food, adequate service
Pros:

Pros: Location--toward the bottom end of Cap Cana, which makes for a more secluded and intimate feel. Facilities--beautiful hotel, common areas, and bedrooms. The room was spacious and modern. The bed and pillows were a dream of comfort. The a/c cooled very well. The shower was spacious, the water pressure was excellent (I'm a stickler for that), and the towels dried well. The bathrobes are Frette and very comfortable too. Spa--we had lovely massages (shoutout to Wendy and Yolanda, our masseuses, and Joel and Jonathan in the front desk) and a hydrotherapy treatment. Staff--most staff members were courteous and affable with the occasional outlier, but service and attention to detail can still be improved. Shoutout to Juan in the butler department and Smerlyn in the Nina restaurant. Food--very good across all the restaurants, with the food in Nina being particularly top-notch, our best meal of the trip.

Cons:

Cons: We encountered a particular issue with food availability in most restaurants, which was a bummer. In the St. Regis Bar, they were out of fries. In Carey Bar, they were out of chicken. In Marola, they were out of hummus. If they had been out of less common items, it would have been a bit more understandable, but chicken and fries? On the other hand, while most staff members were very friendly some could still use further training in problem-solving skills and speedier attentiveness.

Pros:

Todo !!! La arquitectura del lugar, el interiorismo todos los espacios están muy bien logrados con una estética refinada y elegante. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas la cama es un placer dormir en ella.
La blanquearía es Frette una excelente marca de calidad Italiana. El baño es muy amplio y contemporáneo.
El servicio del hotel es excelente y todos los camareros de una amabilidad que es difícil encontrar.
Los restaurantes son excelentes con un concepto contemporáneo muy Gourmet.

Lo recomiendo totalmente!!!!!

The property is spectacular—from the rooms and the pool to every detail throughout the hotel. The entire experience is truly impressive

Cons:

I was disappointed with the limited dining options. The same menu is offered for both lunch and dinner, which reduces the variety expected at a property of this level. Additionally, the staff could benefit from further training, as some employees were not familiar with basic information such as the location of restrooms within their own work areas. With some improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Espectacular. Un lugar hermoso. Recomendado en todos los sentidos, paz y tranquilidad.

Todo excelente, habitaciones, espacio, playa, personal.

Cons:

En realidad lo único que no me gustó fue que cuando realicé la reserva tenía desayuno incluido y el sistema Genius tampoco me aplicó el desayuno incluido. Solo fue lo unico.
