There weren’t hand towels when checked in and then we have to called for tissue paper and body lotion

Proximity to street market and local eateries. Good pool and gym. Shuttle bus from hotel back to airport ran on time and was easy to arrange.
Shuttle bus was hard to find on arrival, only ran on the hour so a long and uncomfortable wait if you arrive just after one has left and it took a good 35 -40 mins to get to hotel in late afternoon.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Malaysia. The experience was truly comfortable and enjoyable in every detail. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the rooms were cozy and perfectly maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff for their warm welcome and professional service. The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist with any request, which reflects a high standard of hospitality.

Ontbijt was heerlijk. Aardige mensen die alles voor je willen doen. De bedden lagen ook lekker. Douche is goed. Aan de overkant zit een thai waar je ook heerlijk kan eten. Het zwembad is ook heel fijn.
De omgeving is niet zo gezellig, maar ter overbrugging prima.

not much choice for Indian Muslim guests, only catering for Malaysian guests …
El confort de la habitación, solo estuvimos una noche para estar cerca del aeropuerto.
No sabria decir algo, estuvimos poco tiempo, es una cadena grande entonces el precio algo caro, pero ya se sabia. A si que nada malo en concreto.

Cleanliness
I mentioned age of my child was 8. During booking option i found only bunk bed for us. But it wasn’t large enough for my kid. Rather if i could get extra large bed it will be better option for me.
Morning breakfast was good to taste, but i wish more variants in menu list.
Swimming pool closed at 2000 hrs.
Location to airport. Local restaurants at door step.
