Hôtel superbe proche de l’aéroport-Navette gratuite!
Pros:

Superbe Hôtel neuf. Personnel très accueillant. Belle chambre spacieuse propre, literie confortable.
Service de navette aéroport gratuit. Idéal à l'arrivée ou au départ de Kuala Lumpur.
Nous devions partir le soir à 20 h. Nous avons pu garder notre chambre jusqu’à 15h et ils ont gardé nos bagages gratuitement jusqu’à notre départ.
En attendant, nous avons pu aller à la piscine ou il y a de quoi prendre une douche et se changer.
Il y a aussi une salle serenity (fauteuils massants). Une salle de sports

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner qui est moyen peu de produits frais beaucoup de sucrés.

Great place to transit!
Pros:

Great rooms and service. Very comfortable and friendly staff. We had a few hours to wait until we could access our room (we arrived at 8am), but we enjoyed breakfast, the Serenity room and pool all before checkin. Easy up access from airport (shuttle bus to hotel, was easy to find).

Free transport is only to the airport only. There are guest who going to airport via Movenpick for hajj which is mandatory for them!

Reposant et confortable, service au top, parfait pour une nuit de transit proche de l’aéroport!

Un accueil soigné et attentif. Hotel haut de gamme, Bien situé à 15min de l’aéroport.
Service de navette impeccable et ils nous ont gardé gratuitement nos bagages pendant 6jours. Service exceptionnel, chambres hyper confortables, hôtel neuf, personnel au top et le petit-déjeuner incroyable, le meilleur sur tout notre séjour en Malaisie avec une variété impressionnante! Bravo et merci.
Il y a pleins de restaurants au pied d l’hôtel pour aller dîner.

It's the perfect stopover if you have an early flight the next day. Very comfy and convenient, and quite a good gym and pool! Definitely the best around the area! The airport shuttle makes it especially convenient

Very good hotel, but a bit far from the airport
Pros:

Clean and next to a few restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel is only 30 MR per person which is affordable.
Staff are really nice. 0

Cons:

Far from the airport. The shuttle service is not frequent enough especially after 9:00 p.m. Breakfast was okay but it can still improve .. for example there was no fresh orange and cheese was limited.

Hotelkette werde ich nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit ausgiebigem Frühstück bereits ab 06:00. Kostenloser Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen. An sich ein komfortables Hotel.

Cons:

Gebucht wurde das Hotelzimmer zu einem anderen Preis über einen Drittanbieter. Nach der Buchung erschien plötzlich ein anderer Preis. 20% mehr als bei der Buchung getätigt! Ohne Erklärung und ohne Aufschlüsselung der Mehrkosten. Keine Info am Schalter und auf Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Sehr schlechter Service!
