Friendly personal but most of them speak neither English nor Turkish.
The hotel is in real need of renovation and maintenance. It's impossible to sleep because of the vibration of the water pump motor.

The location of the hotel the pool
The staff did not understand and were too slow the breakfast was poor no pastries or a big variety
The lifts were out of order the room tv did not work changed 2 rooms bedroom needed updating no restraurant no microwave to warm food up
