Très bon séjour, avec un emplacement exceptionnel
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment excellent : tout est à proximité, restaurants, bureaux de change, supermarchés et un boulevard très animé. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, le personnel sympathique et accueillant, et la chambre était spacieuse. Le ménage était également effectué tous les jours.
Un vrai plus : le propriétaire met gratuitement à disposition des parasols pour la plage située juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui est très appréciable.
Quelques points à améliorer toutefois, surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing : nous avons été surpris de ne pas trouver de bouilloire dans la chambre ni même une bouteille d’eau offerte à l’arrivée. Il y a certes une fontaine à eau à la réception, mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, ce sont de petits détails qui pourraient être améliorés.
Dans l’ensemble, une bonne expérience, notamment grâce à l’emplacement, au personnel et à la propreté.

Cons:

Seul bémol, le réfrigérateur était en panne, ce qui ne permettait pas de garder au frais de l’eau ou des fruits. Cela reste toutefois un détail, car tout le reste était très bien.

Cons:

La stanza era più piccola di quanto mostrato nelle foto. In particolar modo il bagno era estremamente piccolo , maleodorante e poco confortevole, dato che la porta della doccia era difettata, la tavoletta del wc era rotta e la luce dello specchio lampeggiava in continuazione senza accendersi mai del tutto .
In camera, inoltre, il frigorifero non era funzionante e lo staff non ha potuto fare nulla a riguardo.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione , siamo rimasti delusi in quanto misera e poco curata, considerato che le uniche cose dolci a disposizione erano cornettini vuoti , una ciotola di marmellata e una di nutella abbastanza secca sempre aperte. Di confezionato abbiamo trovato solo yogurt, burro e miele.

Cons:

Il resto orribile. Il bagno sporco e piccolissimo quindi scomodo. La camera carina ma mancava l'aria, troppo piccola e divisa male.

Amazing location and clean rooms in a quiet area
Pros:

Location is amazing, very close to the tourist spots and the street is safe and quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nice enough and the lady at the breakfast room is such a cheerful person. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

They are doing a good job at this hotel, however our room had some minor issues such as the light mirror was flashing all day long and we had to keep the door closed all night. Also our toilet lid was loose and the shower head might need to be replaced soon due the direction of the water.

Det fanns hår från andra gäster på toaletten, tv funka inte, fråga om en kompensation fick till mig att det är tv företagets fel att tv inte kan sättas på, fick alltså ingen kompensation för tv som inte kunde sättas på i vårt rum.
