TOO MANY BABY ROACHES.
Pros:

Proximity to the venue of our event

Cons:

Too many baby roaches.TV cord was too short to reach the power outlet. I even asked for power strip but still we were not able to make the TV work. Got the option to add a spare mattress when i booked but was not given any when we checked in. Bathroom was flooding as there was no drain on the toilet area. No double lock keys.

The accessibility to the park and mall

Cons:

The bldg admin, about the policy on pet. They said they are PET friendly, but the truth is only small dogs are allowed. They did not allowed our cats which is also a PET.

I would recommend staying somewhere else. In spite of how cordial the staff was

Very little that was said about the property was true. No cable, no working TV. The light and fan in my room did not work. They tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem. I was charged a fee for early check in. I would like to receive a refund of some sort for the problem. There was a pool table in a rec room. No pool cues were available
